I'm a Notion fan; I use it for everything
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible flexibility allows you to create many types of organizational systems. I have several systems, including task boards incorporating the Eisenhower matrix, linked databases that share properties, and other tools and methodologies that I find helpful for my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have two issues with Notion: it's only available online and it's slow to load compared to other apps like AnyType and Obsidian.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me organize my emergent thinking tendencies. It facilitates customizable systems that each user can view differently based on their individual preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it mostly for my university work. Especially the newly integrated AI makes writing in a professional way much more easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there could be more options while exporting the notes. Exporting in pdf format doesn't always work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI can understand and turn quickly written rough ideas into professionally formulated pharagraphs. This saves me a lot of time while writing scientific papers.

I use Notion for all my personal and work stuff. Using AI as a personal assistant is working fabulous!

Some integrations (like Trello) doesn't work. Dont know how to fix it

It is my central hub for all my stuff, making it very easy setting up databases and keeping the content up to date, making it very useful for every day usage.

Using the Ai features it's easy to expand upon an idea.

Having access to Ai that can read the page and use data already imputed is great.
My Experience with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion just makes it easy to aggregate information in different ways. I appreciate the flexibility in presenting information. It's better than what I was using before, which was Google Docs. It's also better for sending documents to coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that the project management experience can be not great at times if you're managing a large project. Also, managing a lot of pages can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I had before was it was difficult for me to aggregate all of the info for my startup by using google docs. Now we can keep all our info in Notion, from our SDK development to investor list management, and it makes it way easier.
Easy and creative collaboration space
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and the more you experiment the more you can exploit it's potential. It can just be a note taking space or it can help you keep track of everything in your life.
What do you dislike about the product?
It unfortunately takes a lot of time to understand all the functions. Even when you try to search for tutorials they are hard to find and even more hard to apply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have information that would usually take me lots of notebooks or apps in only one space. It is also easy to share even with people that might not have notion or know how to use it

The fact that you're able to do so much with it. Notion AI has just made it even better and very much worrh 10$ a month.

It is quite hard to master. Notion AI only uses gpt3.5 and not the newest gpt4 and when you're paying 10 $ a month you expect the best

It feels like Notion was made exactly the way my brain needs it to be. It's so functional, so customizable, so easy to navigate. And I know I'm not even using it to it's full ability...yet!

Nothing! The only thing that annoys me is my inability to understand all the features. I'm getting there though!

It's giving me a central hub to organize all the things! Personal and business are all in the same space. Love it!

Another feature that I love about Notion is its collaboration capabilities. I can easily share my pages with my team members and work collaboratively on a project in real-time. Notion also makes it easy to assign tasks, add comments, and track updates.

What do you like best about the product?
AI writing assistant helping me to structure ideas, meetings and gives me input and insipration for content and strategies.

There is mainly positives about Notion. I find it a bit hard to get the right tone of voice when it comes to the AI writing but besides that all perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me with input for content and is a great help for structuring ideas, notes and meeings. It helps me save so much time and I'm more productive.
