Automation, integrations, and workflows. A great way to organize yourself
What do you like best about the product?
The key things I like the best about notion is the ability to store data, automate, integration, and share with partners. I created a detailed workflow in notion using zapier and love the results. I use it continuously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI needs much better automation triggers inside of notion. I hate using outside systems to integrate to notion (zapier and others).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using notion for lots of workflows. Specifically I have a team of content creators that use it, I use it for AI capabilities, meeting summaries, agendas, and action item creation.
I have tried so many tools and I keep coming back to Notion
What do you like best about the product?
It is consistently flexible, and with all of its upgrades over the years, I feel like my workflow is not broken, even ancient ones from years ago. I appreciate how thoughtful they are to their users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reason I get tempted to try other tools is the idea that there are faster ways to automate workflows. But I keep coming back, so it is not a negative of notion just marketing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is my scratch pad for ideas and a 2nd brain for reading content. I can funnel notes from som many other tools into it quickly that it is like my own little private database.
Notion is extremely helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can use Notion to share our documentation between teams. When we update items, we are also able to have them come to Slack as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot, but I wish there was a way to mark what we need to update as a priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love I can use notion AI to help write a professional email. I also love that we can keep all our Knowledge Base information in there.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI proved to be a tremendously helpful tool for me in streamlining my writing process and boosting production. It serves as an ally, enhancing my productivity and brightening my day by using machine learning and natural language processing. By using the Space key on a blank line or the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + J, I may launch Notion AI. Notion AI has the ability to provide translations, fix spelling and grammar mistakes, and accurately summarise previously published material. It is a connected assistant that boosts my imagination, enables me to think broadly, and operates rapidly in the functional environment I'm accustomed to. Notion AI can make me more productive whether I read papers, produce content, or take notes throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. As with other AI, sometimes the answers to questions can be better.

Summarizing, formatting, text extraction
Slow, Clunky, Not That Responsive but there's AI... right?
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great application for organizing all of my thoughts, strategies and tasks. AI was a nice addition at first, but with the constant development of new AI tools, it's quickly becoming obsolete.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the world of AI tools, Notion AI is one of them but it probably isn't the best. It's okay, but honestly if you need to work with the AI features, I would prefer to use a different platform. It's easier to copy and paste from Bing / ChatGPT than it is to work with their AI interface. Iteration is complex and having a long-form conversation to discover nuanced detail is next to impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great place to store all of my notes and thoughts. The login system is simple, intuitive and flexible. I like how the formatting is very robust and pages can all feel unique / tailored to the specific application.

Notion helps me to track my progress, meet deadlines and fulfill orders.

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI feature is highly versatile. Perhaps one of the most useful features for me is 'Make it longer' and 'Improve writing'. Whether it's blog articles or analysing large data sets, I can do it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. Perhaps I am more to blame for spending too much time organising.

Sometimes my spelling isn't the best because I'm not a native English speaker and I'm in a hurry or I don't pay attention. The AI features help me a lot with this.
Easy to use and very beautiful interface

The interface is pleasing to use. It's a really well thought out app that combines great beauty with a great array of features to help me get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the fact that I have to pay a sub to use some of the features.

Creating databases to store information for me to refer to at a later stage.

What do you like best about the product?
The sandbox-like nature of the program. There are little to no limitations as to what can and cannot be, as well as how data need to be organized or laid out. It can be personalized to each person's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve to figure out how the program works and the general architecture of it.

Having AI in the same place as a word-processor
Having all my school materials (notes, tasks, assignments) in one place
These allow me to not be constrained by the limitations of software and I am free to operate the workflow that suits me.
