Powerful and simple AI-powered app for note-taking
What do you like best about the product?
It is handy and super simple. No need to change the app every time you want to utilize the AI. I can use Notion almost every time I use it for note-taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not utilizing the best and latest AI possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low writing speed, and it helps me stay on track with the learning pace in the class.

I love how it is simple to customize notion and use it's template to organize my work and take notes efficiently.
Overall interface is awesome and user friendly to all and I bet everyone can enjoy working with it.
The support is professional and of high level with great and experienced user staffs.
It has affordable cost different from it's many competitors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Using notion for all those years has been walk of the part and very easy and I have denoted any misbehave or challenge whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main role of using notion is to help us manage our project through proper planning and efficient note taking which helps in giving ideas and helping in decision making

Very smooth, UI is very good and there are lots of useful features.

AI hasnt been perfected and sometimes difficult to find documentation

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create pages and databases, and how flexible it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is not being able to style my text my own way. I'm a designer, so actually limiting this ability has probably saved me loads of time in the weeds, but sometimes I wish I could just tweak a color or font size here or there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion stores all the information in my life from personal, to work, to parenting. It's a database or all my projects, personal, career, and job-related. Its my day-to-day notebook and journal, and its my writing assistant for professional communication.
I use notion for organization but I stopped using AI.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization aspect and the ease of creating notes / documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI implementation is lacking - I would ask the AI to summarize meeting notes and it would miss parts and/or details.

Notion is great for managing notes. I love the ease of function insertions.

I use Notion every day to complete daily work tasks and document processes. It's easy to use and easy to implement your work information into it!

The only downside is that I am still learning more about it! It has many features :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to keep everything organized in one place. I am able to keep track of all the tasks I need to get done and not let anything get behind. Notion's AI writing assistant is a tool I use daily! It uses up to date current information for anything you need. You can even change the tone of what it writes, or make it longer or shorter. Very helpful when you have hit a writer's block and need a boost!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar feature because it lets me organize my weeks, create checklists, and syncs up to my Google calendar on my phone. The versatility of the different features and their ease of use lets me customize each page to whatever I need. Large card-views help me to make different class agendas for the subjects I assist in teaching, toggle menus help to create flash cards that are easy to rearrange by dragging and dropping, and the outline options with bullets, colors, and highlights is amazing for taking notes and streamlining them later. The AI is also a feature I use every day. Whenever I need a summary of a text for a quick review or clarification of subject matter, it is a reliable assistant and teacher to help me learn independently!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that I particularly dislike about Notion. I originally felt slightly put off that the calendar feature added yet another tool for me to juggle, but now that it syncs with my Google calendar, I have everything I need no matter what device or platform I am on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me be organized in a way I have never experienced before. I can easily drag and drop tasks to different days on my calendar, rearrange my notes after taking them, and make flash cards to review from the toggle feature. Both my college education and my job as an assistant in a Special Needs high school class have benefitted greatly from the organization features. The AI has also helped me to create simpler explanations, make unique passages that can apply to each of my students interests, and help me to study and understand materials.
