What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place allows to see serendipitous conenctions and reduces decision fatigue and context switching
Highly productive tool for writing documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion's markdown and document organization features. Notion AI does a great job starting my docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app is slow and cannot zoom into images. When you zoom into an image, the app becomes unresponsive and buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and quickly putting thoughts into words

Notion makes it easy to stay organized and have all my information in one place.

The website can take a while to load and it logs me out after a short time.

Notion makes it faster and simpler for me to write repetitive product descriptions that would normally take a great deal of time as I have difficulty writing.

Notion makes it very easy to create and manage a lot of notes. I use it for work as well as personally.

It can feel a little cluttered at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are tasks like making sense of data that is important in my line of work. I would write in important data and let the AI interpret it for me, write a digestible email ready to send to my clients and coworkers
Great all-in-one replacement for other systems but daunting to use/get started, swap over all tech
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is. I like that emojis are easy to use/insert, that there is a desktop app + phone app (that work offline). I like the short cuts like - or >. I like the capability for wikis -- but it is daunting to move everything from GSuite & Asana over!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very overwhelming to start -- I started a year ago, got overwhelmed & picked it up again. It would be nice if there were built-in templates that resembled the functionality of popular project management platforms to make the transition easier. Some of the drag/drop features are glitchy & don't work (e.g., creating columns), there's random spacing errors, etc. I also feel like it needs better user-friendly guides/videos rather than just Youtubers promoting their templates. I don't like how you have to pre-open pages for them to work offline - why doesn't everything auto-sync?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it can be an all-in-one solution to systems rather than many platforms and tech solutions. I also like that you can use it offline and notes are easy to take.

Love the flexibility, the AI has been helpful for busy work writing, looks nice, integrated with my calendar and Slack for reminders
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated to get started, wish AI could be used to help make page templates. Wish it was easier to set up project tracking and to use it to collaborate with external collaborators who don't use Notion. I could see it replacing GSuite in Academica but it needs to allow more guest usage and email linkages.

I've used the AI to summarize/clean up meeting notes, and I use it for note taking. I'd like to use it for project tracking and collaboration more. I think I can but I haven't figured out the tools/functionality. I wish there were more templates that were tutorials on workflow with Notion instead of focussing on aesthetics

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and visually easy to understand all the information. Also, the possibilities of functions and integrations are enormous. Now, with artificial intelligence, it has become even better, as I can save a lot of time with tasks that previously took me a lot of time.

With so many possibilities, it can sometimes be a bit complicated to understand how to use the functions, especially for new users. Additionally, I needed support to solve a problem and found the customer service a bit slow.

With Notion, I can keep all my team's information in one place, which helps us to organize better and improve our communication. In addition, I use it a lot to review texts and improve writing. Often, I write the idea of a text and the AI helps me to develop it, which saves me a lot of time.

I have found Notion AI to be incredibly helpful in quickly organizing and summarizing academic articles. With its powerful natural language processing capabilities, it makes it easy for me to quickly identify key points and takeaways from dense articles.

What do you dislike about the product?
For example, it struggles with reading and generating tabular data. Additionally, I have found it difficult to get the AI to focus on specific parts of the text that I provide.

Notion AI excels at processing large amounts of text, making it an ideal tool for summarizing multiple academic articles. I have found it to be particularly useful in identifying and comparing different viewpoints across multiple sources.
