Delightful experience that helps to automata routine process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customisation and felxibility of the Notion. I can cover lots of my work tasks by using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the sharing feature, for instance, I got access to different notion workspaces, however, I cant delete them, they are always visible in a dropdown where I switch workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Deisgner, I create all the sepsificaitons for engeneers in Notion which is very helpful.
Amazing place to improve your sentence structure
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can make a simple sentence sound better or give it a different tone. I struggle with writing because English is not my first language and this app helps me use better vocabulary. I will write how I normally write and click improve writing - it makes it flow better and improves words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Undo option is not intuitive and hard to copy and paste if I wanted to move the improved version to a word document or email I am writing.

I wish there was 2 way sync with google calendar. It would be perfect with this feature

Being organized and having all information at one place

I love the AI feature and how easy it is to stay organized. I use it as a daily planner and with larger tasks like upcoming projects.

It is a little complicated to understand at first which I think turns many away. But after using it for a while it quickly becomes easy.

It helps me stay organized with the many tasks I do all at once. The AI tool is very helpful in collecting my thoughts.
Great overall tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been integrating AI to all it's functionalities and it has increased our team's performance and improved our communication. And it's so easy to use that implementation has been smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside was not having a home where I could see all the tasks spread across different workspaces, but they fixed this in the 2.8 version, so I don't have anything else to say here.

From team communication, to stakeholder management, to creating documents (for internal and external use), project management, marketing campaigns management.

All in one workspace. Offers free templates. Cost efficient.

Creating a workspace that anyone can utilize much like a google suite but provides more benefits and tools.

Notion is a cheap tool and affordable with great features.
It is easier to use, implement and deploy in our organization.
It's has templates which helps in customization of projects and working faster on the projects.
It's documentation is very nice to understand and it's learning curve is fantastic ic without complications.

For now I can't think of any disability of Notion tool it has been a fantastic tool in our side.

Notion is very helpful in managing our projects through its workflow management features where it poses great workability to planning of our projects.
Great Studying/Organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mainly for writing and organizing my note. I like the AI, toggle feature, linkage between pages, multiple tabs, and ability to import/export file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of capability to display pptx,docs, and pdf vividly and properly. AI lack ability to upload image and pdf file. Notion calendar does not sync tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The toggle is very useful tool for active recall. The struture of Notion helps organize notes effectively.
