What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create customised workspaces for each client I work with is convenient. It's easy to set up by using the templates that Notion has created or by utilising the numerous community templates.
Notion serves as a 'one-stop shop' for project management, documentation, and meeting notes, making it an effective collaboration platform with your customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user it can be difficult to know where to start given the level of flexibility it has. This is an advantage in the long run, but working out what type of set up and structure works from the start can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage projects, take notes, and document the full project process.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use - I use notion for both professional and personal use and it serves both purposes really well.
I use online templates alot and this has been really helpful and given me inspiration for my own workflows. I'd say I use notion on a daily basis which is really great considering the option that I use personally is free!
I absolutley love the AI within Notion! This has been a welcomed addition to all of my work streams and has improved alot of efficiencies.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its quite hard to setup in the first place. When I was first introduced to notion I found the platform quite overwhelming. As I've used it more and more I've become alot more comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion for a variety of reasons and it's helping me solve a number of issues, the main ones being:
-Task Tracking
- Project Management (Used templates for this and its great!)
- Second Brain

Notion is the best thing to have ever happened to my study and work life
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the databases incorporated with AI custom autofills and AI caht search
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be smoother - such as converting things to toggle lists, headings etc - give me custom keyboard shortcuts!
Also notion web clipper barely works any more. Most websites it doesnt upload anything to my database folders

Having all my notes stored in one place and being able to use custom AI autofill on databases as well as AI search and chat
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a pastor, sermon prep is an important role I perform weekly. Having the ability to create templates that help me streamline my process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike but it's so much more I can be using this tool for and I haven't scratched the surface.

I've been using Notion on and off for a while and now it become part of my daily routine with the influence of AI writing assistant.

UI can be improve more and so as templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a nonnative speaker, the AI category is really helpful, and I use the ‘improve writing’ and ‘expand’ features a lot during writing, while some of the other features are also helpful. ‘Explain this’ and ‘translate’ are features I like to use when taking notes.
Named mine 'Kelsey's Second Brain' and I couldn't think of a better way to describe how useful it is
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite things about Notion are how it's available across all my devices and will open my most recent page when I switch devices. It's so modular that you can build whatever you may need, but also simple enough to not get in the way of your work. The ability to publish pages for public access (or add a number of restrictions) makes this tool so much more versitile than others like it. The AI component is helpful for summarizing notes or taking my chicken scratch notes from a meeting and turning them into a pretty good first draft. The command to open the AI is so easy and has become a go-to shortcut.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I have many bad things to say about my experience with Notion. I guess, I wish I could program the AI to know more about me and what I'll typically be using it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very helpful for me to keep all my projects organized and my notes in a centralized, universally-searchable space. I can take notes wherever I am (on my phone) and edit them later (on my computer). The AI has been helpful to create drafts of emails or Slack announcments -- it's not perfect, but it sure beats starting from a blank page.

1. The user expercise and view of navigating between different folders.
2. Perfect for creating every day entries for jounaling, weekly traking, planning etc.

1. While writing things I ask the AI to give me motivational quote or joke, it gives the same quote or joke everytime.
2. I would like side by side view of pages, which makes easy work across multple docs.

Directionally a nice feature
What do you like best about the product?
Handy feature to enhance the writing. It's good that this feature supports pseudo multi-modality content, e.g. image can also be generated, but more likely operated according to the file path.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike, but some comments.
1. Customizable shortcuts for some of the features, e.g. continue writing, spell fixing.
2. I still need to use ChatGPT frequently to deal with the tasks that Notion AI unable to do well, long text related work.
3. Seems it cannot operator on table/db properties. For example, I have a db with multiple columns, one of it is summary. I would expect I can auto-fill it according to the content of the page.
4. The notion API does not support uploading image file to the page!

I like the part that notion organize the knowledge like a graph. It preserve the semantic relationships.
Easy to use and very versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I use it all the time and for various tasks and projects in both my professional and personal life. I use it to help write up various administrative documents, emails, workshop and class sturcture templates, scheduling, journaling, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still feels less secure to work directly on Notion, so I copy-paste much of my ongoing work to Microsoft word where progress is autosaved and past iteraions can be pulled up at any time.

Primarily administrative duties related to email writing, workshop planning, and class structure templates.
