Pretty easy to build Wiki not the best if you just need templates

What do you like best about the product?
Its nice to have the flexibility to create pages and add whatever information needs to be tracked. The icons add a little fun and interest. Pages can be shared with clients without complete access to the database. We are able to add links with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easy to layer tons of pages and make it difficult to find things if the users are not careful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single Source of information for our 35 person company. Less time is spent tracking down information and documentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need someone who will lead the charge on building template pages and set rules around how the software is used. It almost gives you too much freedom.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion was actually a fairly new product when my team first implememented but now I can confidently say I can’t remember ever successfully organizing and managing team projects and daily tasks before it. Just a solid overall product with refined features and a wide range of capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve experience some minor glitches since starting with the product but nothing that has ever cause any significant setback or inconvenience. The only other negative I would mention is that the free version offered lacks many key feature

Team organization and structure are now more streamlined and manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easily searchable for different team and process pages. Clean UI and very intuitive. Having the desktop app is a huge plus as well
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything I dislike about notion that would make anything count against it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great place for employees to look up information regarding teams/processes when you first start at a company.

What do you like best about the product?
i love how it can import csv also organise everything what i used to open several apps to achieve. not only a good solution for teams around 10-20 to collaborate docs, scheduling timeline also do the task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Cover can have colour picker (HEX)
- A bit lagging while typing when the connection goes weak
- hopefully can colour some txt inline instead of blocks
- the picture should have description session (and can be counted as block)
- Quotes font-size too big
- Want a flowchart tool integration (Moqups, giffly, mindnode, lucidchart..)
- Can publish to Medium through one button
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion to do freelance projects with my clients, can both share information also allows them to track my process. however its's not really easy for some people to adapt.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
only suitable for medium size team in my personal view.
