I love how flexible Notion is—it lets me organize my thoughts, tasks, and even databases all in one place. Whether I’m planning a project, taking notes, or creating a personal journal, Notion adapts to what I need. It’s like having a digital workspace that can be whatever I want it to be.

Sometimes, that same flexibility makes things a bit confusing. It can feel overwhelming at first, especially without a template or clear system. Also, when I have lots of content or big pages, it tends to lag a little, which breaks the flow of working

Notion helps me keep all my ideas, tasks, and notes in one place. Instead of juggling between different apps for writing, planning, and organizing, I can do it all in Notion. It makes my workflow smoother and keeps everything connected, which saves me time and mental energy.

Notion is an all-in-one product, allowing us to do many things in a single place. We use databases and charts extensively. The tool is flexible, though not entirely for every use case. Overall, it adds significant value to our project management by organizing our work efficiently. It also contributes positively with its flexibility and comprehensive functionalities.
What needs improvement?
The main problem with Notion is that it's not flexible enough for all of the use cases we intend to address. For instance, it is challenging to focus on a single KPI as it's mandatory to have a chart for this purpose, complicating some of our use cases.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using Notion for two years now, maybe almost three.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Notion does have some glitches at times, such as pages reloading for long durations or databases not updating correctly. However, these issues occur infrequently and do not hinder our work significantly.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We haven't encountered any limitations regarding scalability so far.

We haven't had to reach out to Notion's technical support.

The initial setup of Notion was pretty easy.

The use of Notion helps save around ten percent of our time and money.

The licensing and setup cost for Notion is affordable for us as a small company.

I would rate my overall experience with Notion as eight out of ten points. It is a very nice tool that meets most of our requirements effectively. I rate the overall solution as 8 out of 10.

Managing product documentation and taking notes are a few clumsy things. Notion not only makes it easy but makes it very user friendly

Lots of great things to talk about notion. Its basically a knowledge management platform for your entire company and I love the fact that it is so easy to get started. So many new features that they push constantly, like the new calendar feature which is just amazing.

The AI features although neat and not really worth it IMO. Also I do not like the pushy notion notifications that pop-up to basically enable them organization wide and increase billing.

Taking notes in meetings, you can easily organize ideas in tables, charts, etc..

Font can't be changed and there are some restrictions according to the format.

Once viewing a page, there does not seem to be a way to easily backtrack to a custom board. You need to go back to the root of the section to access the custom board again.
