Shows me what I need, Notion has grown with me over the past four years
What do you like best about the product?
I love how entirely customisable it is, and the challenge of when I have a vision for something that I know there is a way to create it and I can find creative ways to creating it and then perfecting it over time
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some other features such as voice to text typing and different ways to combine databases in one view, I also find that it can crash and be slow to load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have everyting in one place across all of my devices and I am also able to log in on any other device, it is like having a portable desktop with me everywhere in one place
Notion is a great tool to manage your thoughts, business information and teamwork

It's various options, template and flexibility. It done to give you most of the options you can think of.

I needed to watch videos and guides to understand how to use it

What do you like best about the product?
I like the modularity of the program. I managed to transfer a lot of my diaries. Even an application for accounting finance. Notion is very convenient for personal use. And also for teams of different sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are difficulties in breaking the page into several columns inside the toggle. Also, the fact that blocks resize in width to a fixed value is also sometimes not very convenient. I would also like to see the ability to adjust the font size of a separately selected block
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program allows me to keep all the important data in one application instead of switching between a bunch of small applications. AI helps me in writing posts, articles and letters and in general in my daily work

Notion is a great tool to storage and organise any type of documentation, setup your team tasks and create amazing databases!
What do you dislike about the product?
Still many features to be developed, but I am always seeing every month Notion improving their current features and adding new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is currently helping me creating documentation and texts with the right tone for the user. Instead of waisting time on the form (how it is written, grammar, tone and such, I am more focused on the content). A document that I would take 1hour to create, now it only takes me 10 minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to follow up tasks on a daily basis. But I added the Sunsama-Notion integration which is solving that problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of having all your notes in one place so you don't have to look through different notebooks to find what you're looking for. Instead, you can use the search bar to quickly find the information you need. Plus, with the ability to create dashboards, you can easily organize and view your notes in a way that makes sense for you, whether that's by project, team, or any other category that works for you.

It's a bit complicated to keep track of changes when you are an administrator. Also I have some reports of people complaining that they don't know how to use it

It frees space from my mind allowing to create a second brain, also it serves as a productivity center for me and my company, where we keep track of everything
Powerful note taking application
What do you like best about the product?
Clearly its ai features. And the fact that they are integrated in my note taking workflow. No need to have a browser page open on the side and copy paste the si answers back into the note taking app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it doesn't run natively on Linux. I don't particularly like the fact that you cannot store you data locally and the pdf export features honestly isn't good enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to focus on the content of my notes more than on the form, I let notion rewrite my notes so that they are beautiful and can be read easily. I only focus on the content.

What do you like best about the product?
It greatly helps with my writing and math questions, even if it has some mistakes. I like that it could give me the result based on what I had already on my page. It is perfect for me to explain and summarise a long document.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't good to research quotes from a novel or film. The sections were wrong. Hope in the future, it could analyse the photo and be more accurate in the information that it gave.

It helped organise my timetable and provided the information I needed for my study. It is useful when I write paragraphs and gives me great ideas when I can not think of anything for my essay.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been incredibly helpful in my daily work. Using Notion AI has significantly increased my productivity. I frequently use Notion AI to enhance my emails, expand or summarize documentation, and review texts (such as this one, which I'm currently reviewing).
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a better export-to-pdf feature. To be fair, I must mention that it have that feature but is clearly not enough strong and consistent because is not dealing fine with formats and compositions. I would like also to have a good export-to-docs feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful for task management, writing and sharing project documentation, improving my emails, organizing my meeting notes, and sharing those notes with collaborators.
