What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its versatility and ease of use. I can adapt the platform according to my needs, structuring information in a unique way. The ability to integrate different types of content in one place enhances my efficiency in project management. The intuitive interface and real-time collaboration make working with Notion a productive and personalized experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find less favorable in Notion is that creating related databases is not entirely straightforward. It takes a bit of time and practice to get used to creating them correctly. However, once you overcome that learning curve, the tool offers efficient performance in data management.

Notion is fundamental in my daily work life, as it greatly facilitates the organization of work with my team and collaborators. Its versatility allows for the simple structuring of both business aspects and aspects of my personal life. The platform thus becomes a unified center for coordinating projects, sharing information, and keeping everything in order efficiently, significantly contributing to productivity and effective collaboration.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it can be a bit "chaotic" to grasp all the functionalities of Notion, as it offers a lot. While it's easy to understand its purpose, it might not be as straightforward to comprehend EVERYTHING that can be done with Notion. Adding more tutorials would be beneficial.

Best Knowledge Base for a star up
What do you like best about the product?
It's as easy as taking notes but on steroids. We use it to document everything, from notes in meetings to research documentation on projects or sharing project status with our clients. It's an all-rounder that the whole team uses whenever there is something to write down. Easy to find and share information. And it looks neat. We also integrated a bunch of stuff in it: Google Drive, calendar, typeform, name it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it would be easier to integrate into our website as a knowledge base. There is an API, but it seems like a lot of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place where we can keep all our notes and documentation. Google Docs was not the best solution as well always searching, misplacing, and having problems sharing the right content.

Centralized app for note taking, good for collaboration, ability to leverage rich text

Lack of ability to modify paragraph formatting (1.5 spacing between lines)

Note taking replacement for Evernote, as Evernote limits the number of notes you can have in free app

What do you like best about the product?
It's super versatile to create workflows. Also can be used to link up different aspects like knowledge base and task tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's too flexible to point where simpler tasks can be overkill for notion.
