What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an incredible productivity tool that has transformed the way I organize my work and personal life. Its intuitive design and flexibility allow me to create customized databases, to-do lists, and project trackers all in one place. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a versatile and user-friendly organizational solution
What do you dislike about the product?
"While Notion offers versatility, I have encountered occasional performance issues, especially when handling large databases. Additionally, the mobile app functionality feels limited, and it lacks support for Arabic language, which can be a drawback for non-English users. Furthermore, the platform could benefit from more customization options, such as font and color personalization. I hope Notion addresses these areas to provide a better user experience

What do you like best about the product?
How it organises all your documents. It makes it easier to find data and collaborate between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you start using it, it can be a little overwhelming. A lot of features that you don't know how to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all information in one place in an organised way - Easy to find

Very good for medical school student BUT it is not reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Using the notion ai help me to organize my notes, take faster notes and let the ai organize it and fix the spelling, it helps me make specific questions to test myself on a specific lecture notes, it helps to explain more about a particular text without needing to leave the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike about noting, it is there no support for built in text to speech support such as of mac os native TTS. I would love to see some kind of support for TTS.
Edit: after using it for quite some time, the app gets errors and glitches, the AI server is not online most of the time, and the customer services are not helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is saving time from organizing and making all notes look similar and help to explain more on a text that is unclear and help in testing phase of the lectures

What do you like best about the product?
I love how personalized it can be, and also the freedom to write maany types of texts like normal texts or tables, calendars, Gantt. I also like that the interface is amazing on my PC and on my phone, I like it, I don't feel any effort in using it. It's very well designed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it can bring more options for text editing, like colors, fonts... The AI gets stuck sometimes and I have to retry several times.
The reminder: I have a deadline or a task for a specific day, I set it on Notion and sometimes I get the reminder and sometimes not... I'd like the reminder to be consistent and also more noisy, maybe even connecting it to the alarm or something.

Organization, notes taking, text editing, translation of texts, Project management with teams.
Notion allows me to keep important information in an organized, clean and easy to find way
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing: pages and subpages, tables, and text format options. The AI assistant is helping me a lot to improve my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I open a new page, I frequently accidentally click on a template. When the template is a table (that I don't want) it forces me to delete the page and start again.

What do you like best about the product?
There's always a good and almost effortless way to organise any kind of project documentation or task management in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everybody like using it, and sometimes it's hard to convince developers to go and read the docs outside of their dev tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot with improving my writing, making it whatever I want it to be: in some cases, more clear and concise, in other cases more emotional. Helps me with translating stuff. Saves tons of time.
Notion's AI is a great help for a day to day business
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion's to give me insights and brainstorm ideas about anything I want to produce at that time. It is the right tool to use if I am missing some ideas. It gives me an edge in my decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time, I really don't have any downsides to the Notion's AI, maybe sometimes it stops producing and giving the output but overall it is a great tool.

It is giving me insights on the trends, and ideas that are helping me with decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI feature is awesome. As an MBA student, when I take lecture notes, I tell AI to generate additional content on the fly. Other note-taking tools don't have this AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes AI generated details are inaccurate. The design should support inline "tags" so that we can group/search the content using those tags. And those will come in handy when we come up with flashcards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my note-taking problems. And also solves research-related issues. Now I can use AI to do the research into some extent.My personal productivity increased a lot.
A Powerful tool with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly powerful once you get the hang of it. I really like the fact that you can work with (mostly free) templates. I'm using Notion to run the daily operation of two SMEs and its by far the best solution (value for money) I found so far. Having an AI assistant is a great feature that has helped a lot in making the best use of the slew of functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is great for logical applications and finding you way through Notion. However it falls behind other solutions (like chatGPT) when it comes to content generation. Wording is very generic and requires a lot of manual correction to make it sound more appealing and human.

I'm using Notion to run the daily operation of two SME. This includes CRM, project management and note taking.
I also partially use it for content generation, although I find the AI requires improvement to really be a viable competitor to other systems.
