Everything is in one spot
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can keep everything in one program rather than have to use multiple programs. As I have used this from university to my working like, it has allowed me to keep track of readings, assignments, work documents and content creation and a range of other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the formulas don't work, despite it being used previously on another page. And creating a new space from scratch can be time consuming to ensure that everything I need is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to keep track of content that I have created for my work all in one place. It allows me to easily see what content I have scheduled and if necessary can easily change to a different date. It also helps to have all the relevant notes for each piece of content together. Plus, Notion AI has helped with rewording captions.
Notion has changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use Notion simply and grow more complex in my use as time goes on. I really only use a fraction of its features, but the more i learn the more i love it. This is what I wanted, something to start simply, and then get more and more out of it as I go on. I used to use multiple apps and now i only use Notion, which is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
My learning curve was steep. I would really love a weekly email giving me a new way to incorporate features or explaining features I dont understand, especially the Ai. I currently use a separate Ai (actually 2!) and would love to not need those apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a nonprofit chair and a small business owner. Thats a lot of plates to keep spinning. I now use notion to organize all of it. Keeping my professional and personal goals all in one place has been a godsend.

Its search functionality and UI does leave a little to be desired.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works as a second brain to organize all of my notes as well as project manage my life.
A helpful tool that has saved me hundreds of hours
What do you like best about the product?
I have a problem keeping focused on the one thing I need to get done. I'm great at making a list, poor at exectuing on the list because I feel overwhelmed. But Notion is great at keeping the main thing at the forefront. From their easy search tool that brings up the most recent pages, to the AI tool that helps me just back into the task I was working on. The feature that has saved me the most though is the AI writing assistant. Communication is a big part of my work but it takes me a minute to get into the right head space. The writing assistant gives me the jumpstart I need to be able to jump into communication tasks with gusto!
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anything with lots of freedom it can be hard to keep things organized. Where did I put that note? I have a lot of databases and that certainly help compartmentalize things but the workflows can be ever changing. If you're gonna use notion I recommend to start with templates and keep things simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are lots of great tools out there to keep you organized but there are few that actually understand the work you are doing and can help you communicate it to others. So many times I am deep in my work and someone might ask what Im working on or where I am at in the project. Instead of taking the time to analyze and do the administrative tasks I can just ask AI to give me its best summary of those answers.
I also have to write a lot of communication and short essays. The writing assistant is like magic, and helps me get the wheels turning in my head for a quick brainstorm or outline to organize my thoughts.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything we eat sleep and breathe in our business lives in notion. All of our data, reporting dashboards, task and project management, docs, contact info, API keys and more live inside of one single app. Notion is like “Business OS”
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small features like team spaces vs workspaces can be confusing for new comers, but it's not really a big deal once you get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our entire team to know what's going on at all times using databases eliminates wasteful phone calls and meetings.
Seeking Streamlined Efficiency? Notion is the Place
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the easiest way I have found to stay organized after trying countless tools over my six years of enrollment in higher education. I love being able to create individual pages but also sync certain aspects through the database tool. Notion-- paired with Notion Calendar-- has saved my grades (and my sanity)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I can think of is that there is a certain learning curve to some of the available tools. For example, it took me forever to realize that you can directly link a database to Notion Calendar. However, there are many helpful tips on the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and Centralization. I can take all of the messy individual tasks in my brain and organize them all in one place in as many ways as I would like.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a student who has just heard of notion a year ago and I have been using it a lot for keeping notes, tasks, classes organized. I also love the incorporated AI assistant and suggested prompts that it gives. When I started learning programming, I had no prior experiences. The AI assistant has helped me so much with writing documentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to say that while Notion is basic, it's definitely not easy to use or customize which can definitely be overwhelming for new users.

Super Useful

Scarping documents and getting summary for that documents is super productive for me.

When i upload a file, i see it looks for pages to give me a response. That's super confusing for me as I never asked it to go through my pages to get to response.

What I love most about Notion is its highly customizable workspaces. The templates are especially useful for organizing my design projects, and they've proven valuable in many other ways too.

The platform could be more accessible. While I love this product, others often find it too complicated to use.

Notion helps me stay organized with project management, and its AI feature saves me time by creating project outlines. I also use it to improve my writing when sending emails or notes, which is especially helpful when my thoughts are jumbled and need a quick response.
