Best software for keeping notes on projects
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for a lot of things. As a content marketer, I've used it to create a portfolio and plan my projects. Since I also day trade on the side, the app allows me to journal my trades, which is a big deal for me. I love the simplicity and the ease of use, and I can move things around based on their level of importance. I really loved the ability to create a portfolio with Notion. The idea that it could create a "personal website" made much sense. Though you can't compare it with other portfolio builders, it's a good option if you don't have the budget to buy hosting and domain names.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if this issue is due to Notion's functionality or the way I've set up my portfolio, but I often encounter a problem when trying to scroll. Whenever I move my cursor to the scroll bar on the right, a menu icon appears, preventing me from scrolling. I have to move the cursor away and try again to scroll properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a perfect software for managing your projects. You can use it to plan your daily activities, journal your tasks and even createing striking porfolio, I't s like a swiss army knife as you can do a lot from a single platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only one element is needed to be able to record the time spent on each task associated within a project. One might think that the simplest thing would be to just record it manually, but it doesn't make sense that something as simple as adding a time counter that can be managed with a system click on a play button would create a bad experience when recording times.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most amazing tool I have ever used, it is very easy to use. I love each single features from table to charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is zero dislike about notion. It is my daily driver notebook.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for about 6 years now and it is one of my favorite tools for everyday use. It's a platform that has it all. I use it mostly for project management, where it gives me the possibility to organize my week's activities properly. It also works quite well as a repository for all the documents we use in the organization and even gives me the option to organize myself in different activities creating timelines, tables, and frameworks that I need for my day-to-day.

There's nothing I don't like. It's worked pretty well for me so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of having all the information in one place. It also allows you to make integrations with platforms to streamline and automate some functions. In my particular case, it has been very useful for me to set up the Marketing wiki on this platform so that everyone on the team can enter and find the information they need related to Marketing resources and materials. Likewise, it has allowed me to have more order in my daily activities, through the project management option, which for me is perfect, because you can even create tables, schedule reminders, organize your day to day, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the most is that in the current company where I work all the instructions are uploaded to this site, which has made it easier to have a database where all the instructions are. It is good that you can include images on this platform to make the instructions easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I liked the least is that for me it is not so easy to use and sometimes to find information I can't find it so fast if it is not very well organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to have all the instructions and parameters of the company in one place which benefits me in the speed and ease that I can have the important information of the company without the risk that the important information disappears.

I liked the most about notions because it has notes, documents, templates in which we can do project management, mitigating notes, habit tracking. This tool can be run on mobile as well.

Notion setup is a bit complicated for new users.

There was an important meeting in my foreign country for which I had to prepare notes for my company, but I was a little afraid of what would happen if I could not make the notes properly, then I found Notion platform where I made the best notes and documents. The notion of making notes helped me a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is very hepful to me, since I make a lot of notes on my business it converts my hand written notes into computer text in seconds. I use Notion AI as a project management tool, all my projects are exported to my clients through notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be the happeist person if the price of Notion AI would be Zero.

All my projects are managed by the Notion AI. My business benefits by working on AI training projects, so I use Notion AI alot in my business. It helps in making me a lot of money and saves time.
