What is our primary use case?
Communication, stakeholder management, and engagement are ideal use cases for this solution.
What is most valuable?
Arranging several subsections within a section is easy by left-clicking and moving them around with the mouse. I can organize the interface the way I want, and everything I get is adaptable.
What needs improvement?
It is easy to use, and I love its UI. The only problem I experience is that it often hangs. I might find myself trying to load a new page, but I am unable to move from one page to another due to frequent hanging.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have used Notion for project management over the past year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I'd rate its stability at eight out of ten. During the day, especially around eight PM GMT plus three hours, there's a long loading period for content. While incidents happen three times a week at most, they usually occur once weekly.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support is great, effective, and easy to reach. I would give it a rating of ten out of ten.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I tried using another solution, however, I didn't like its UI feature. Compared to Notion, it required too many clicks, so I left it alone.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It's affordable and offers community support if I get stuck. I can find help through community forums like Google, where people share insights on navigating problems. Many people understand it, offering useful feedback from various HITRID.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I don't use alternate solutions.
What other advice do I have?
The decision to use this tool was solely mine. I appreciate its friendly UI and monochrome colors, which avoid excessive color mixing. This feature and the ease of navigation have kept me committed. I can understand it quickly compared to other tools.
I rate the overall solution eight out of ten; it is a basket of convenience.
Notion the all-in-one Note Taking App - My Second Brain
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is so easy to use. It can be used as mobile, desktop and web app. And the important feature for me is that it can be integrated with all your devices. The database provides multiple view options such as table, chart, calendar, list that provide necessary insights so effortlessly. Notion is my second brain that I use daily for multiple purposes. File upload is a boon to this app even in free version that allows 5 MB file size. Notion's templates are so easy to implement that I don't need to learn coding or to do hard work. I'm using is for last couple of years. This is the only tool I can relay on as my second brain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion releases their desktop app update very frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works like my second brain. Whatever I found as important information I kept adding to Notion and now it has become my knowledge base. I'm using it extensively for my projects and I like its progress bar feature so much. With a very less errort I can create, track and complete my project tasks.
Perfect tool for product management
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the most modular software for product and project management. You can basically create any structure you want according to the use: work, studies, personal life... everything. The option to publish the notion as a website also allows me to share my creation with people that don't have notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit heavy but starting with templates you can do it incrementally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to centralize all my data (docs, photos, lists, KANBAN, projects, products...) into a single source of truth instead of using a couple of apps for each type of data.
Strong integration capabilities with seamless updates and collaboration
What is our primary use case?
Currently, I am not actually using any CRM. I am a writer, so my focus is to write. I mainly cover hosting-focused articles, like V2 Cloud for virtual desktops. When I need to review them, I visit the site, take a trial, and then write the review. Internally, I use Notion to share outlines, and for personal use, I use it for note-taking, task management, and collaboration.
What is most valuable?
The main purposes are note-taking, task management, and collaboration. Notion has very strong integration capabilities. It also automatically updates itself, which adds new features and fixes bugs.
Notion's scalability works fine for our small company. Basically, Notion is used internally for sharing outlines. It is also used for note-taking, task management, and collaboration, which helps internally for our small company.
What needs improvement?
Notion has one big downside: the lack of an offline mode. If the internet or Notion's servers are down, I cannot access information. This is a big disadvantage.
Sometimes, Notion can be slow, especially if there is too much information or during peak times. This is mostly noticeable to technical users. Another issue is that there are cases where people have lost information due to bugs.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Notion for many years and I have been working as a freelancer for the last ten years. Now I have joined the company, however, from my freelancing work, I used Notion pretty on and off. In the last few years, I have been using it very regularly.

Sometimes, Notion can be slow, especially if there is too much information or during peak times, but it is mostly noticeable to technical users.
How was the initial setup?
It is not complex to install. For someone technical, it is very easy. For beginners, it should be easy as well.
