AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a product that I use on a daily basis as a task manager, a note-taking system, and a place to store ideas and thoughts.
Since Notion AI was introduced, I have used it to sharpen my notes by using the "improve writing" feature, as well as using the summary block to create a brief blurb on my database to find notes quickly and easily.
The AI writing assistant also helps me to develop ideas when I'm stuck on how to start something. Asking AI to write something, gives me a template to start and then develop those ideas further.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is great for helping to create something tailored to your use case, however, that can be challenging at the beginning, as some may not have the time nor creativity to know what exactly they want to create.
It can also sometimes get you bogged down in creating a system to help you, rather than getting on with the work you need to do. However, I have seen Notion developing instructional videos, and there are plenty of resources on YouTube to help you get up and running.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has become my go-to system for all of my daily work. The ability to integrate all of your major work together and be linked so seamlessly helps me to keep track of plans and project details easily.

Organizing things
think that notion can be confusing and difficult to use but with the proper templates it is easy

The AI features are very impressive as well as the adaptability of the entire board.

When first opening notion, it is very daunting. I believe that there should be more tutorial time for new consumers for.

Notion is taking place of my agenda book and it helps me stay on track with my tasks
A great workspace tool
What do you like best about the product?
The AI is really useful for when I have a question based on my notes or to summarise a page into key dot points. They also recently added the ability for the AI to look through all your documents to find specific answers based on your documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
At time the AI is unavailable. AI isn't consistent at using notion features such as toggles. Also wish the AI could scan embedded PDFs or photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me organize my notes exactly how I want to. Efficient program to use with the ''/' commands to instantly be able to adjust formatting or insert objects. The AI is really helpful in clarifying content or answering questions, helps save time instead of scanning through pages and pages of documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Really useful for creating a wiki from stratch & employees onboarding learn how to use it very quickly due to how simple the software can be & how other programs can be integrated to keep information in one place, instead of splitting data across different applications - Notion has helped us consolidate that data & improved productivity in all our businesses.

I sometimes wish Notion was able to organise its own pages & create own wiki based on contents of pages - I know that it is only as good as the information it's being fed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation is the most beneficial part in saving employees time in trying to scan various file structures trying to find a document or event - the index tool is amazing as it searches your entire Notion for keywords including page body, links, mentions instead of document titles. Much easier to find a lost document on Notion!

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use, simplicity, and function. It's a good notetaking app that is simple and easy to use, with fantastic AI integration that cannot be found anywhere else in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its navigation can be slow and tedious, which is its one downside - just wish it could be faster at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notetaking, it's the main function of the program, through its workspaces you can find your notes, get writing, and be done with it - and it's pretty simple, even if it's a tad clunky.
Notion notes and AI are promising, with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps you organize your notes, and offers a collaborative workspace to share documents with other coworkers. The AI is helpful, if sometimes a little intrusive - I've used it to summarize meetings, and help me draft up documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because everything is on the cloud, notion loads documents with more latency than I prefer. It's a similar problem to Google docs, when every document seems to take a while to load. Working collaboratively on the same document also poses challenges - the syncing is slower than Google docs, so you may not see changes made by someone else reflect on your screen until you refresh.

Notion is helping me manage projects and documents. I frequently write project documentation and instructions in notion. I've noticed that the collaborative aspects of Notion have greatly improved since the last time I've left a review.
Good for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Very customizable, enjoyable experience. Wish Notion Ai was more accessible with cheaper pricing. I use it a lot for organizing school work.

Notion Ai is great, but costly. The features are good, but can be confusing sometimes.

It is helping me organize school work.

I love the notion AI tool, that is the feature i use the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides is that the learning curve is quite steep, there are so many features and most of the time I don't think I need all of them and need to dedicate time to figuring it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notion AI tool speeds up my daily communications significantly for marketing functions - that is to write captions for various social channels. We also use it for our investor communciations, and the organization is helpful to navigate and organize alot of information.
