What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use, how many use cases it supports, building databases is super easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates could be improved, I like Atlassian's templates for product managers more

Knowledge sharing, single point of information and data for the digital team, tracking of product management

Clean interface and great for technical people who want powerful tools but accessible to non technical people.

Not much to be honest. It's the central place for me to store everything.

I can freeform enter content and reuse it it many ways through API integrations.

It's such a great tool to help our team capture knowledge and collaborate.

There isn't much to not like. I hope that they integrate AI more.

Honestly I'm constantly deleting important things or accidentally messing up the structure. I should try locking pages perhaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I moved my content arm ring data vas wand client workflows from Airtable to notion about 4-6 months ago. Small learning curve but I'm an immediate evangelist.
I absolutely love notion and recommend it all the time
What do you like best about the product?
It's a beautiful tool to capture data. Rather it's just an document I would perfer it over Google docs. When you need to build out a database to house all your idea is where the magic comes. It's allwaya been my go to tool for capturing creative, business and spiritual stuff
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a pretty high learning curve and there is an upfront investment that's needed to really unlock the tool.
The biggest thing is needing to download the app. Whenever I share a link or try to work with someone on notion I have to make sure and highly recommend they download the actual program and install it. I would always have people tell me they didn't like it but when I dug in why... It was due to them using the web version. After they install it they liked it

It has every feature I would want all in one package that looks fucking beautiful and simple to use

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to prompt AI input and the list of options for prompts (e.g. make longer/shorter). Collaboration with team members works really well. The insert button is nice and accessible.

Integration of the power of an LLM in a word processing application helps reduce the time spent writing.

What do you like best about the product?
AI Writing Assistant, it's speed, and fluent generated texts

I can only use AI Writing Assistant inside Notion. Being able to use it across my operating system would be great.

A great way to get back your time
What do you like best about the product?
For a fraction of the cost, you are able to "hire" an assistant, a social media, a ghostwriter, a researcher, etc. Once you get the hang of putting in your requests, it is quick and easy to get what you need. I use notion regularly for my podcast and social media planning and executing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep, but once you understand how to use it, you quickly get on with your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing podcast episode descriptions. I create social media posts for every aspect of my business, including text, hashtags, image suggestions and the best times to post.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how there are different aspects to using notion. I also enjoy how there are different ways to save each page in order to best navigate. I use notion on a dialy basis to best guide my thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, it was tough trying to use Notion AI and get it to generate to the correct prompt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves different prompts for me and it helps get my mind on path.
