Lack of Advanced Formatting: While Notion provides a good range of formatting options, some users have expressed a desire for more advanced formatting features. This includes finer control over text formatting, advanced tables, or more intricate layout customization options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information Overload: With the abundance of our digital information, it can be challenging to stay organized and keep track of important details. Notion provides to me a centralized platform where users can store, categorize, and access their information, making it easier to find what they need when they need it.
This helps me reduce information overload and improves overall efficiency.

Notion has almost become a tool for my daily management and life
What do you like best about the product?
Notion Ai is the best. Notion AI can help me do almost 80% work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion not that easy to get familiar with. There are still some study costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to set up the framing stuff, and I just need to put the right content in.

What do you like best about the product?
As English is not my mother tongue, the writing aids are wonderful for me. The translation is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
brainstorm idea is not that good. not very informative, or too general when I ask something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my writing needs. As it is integrated in Notion, it becomes so much better for note-taking and project management.
Notion AI fits nicely into my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the generated content is already in the notebook so I don't need to copy-paste from elsewhere. This saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Try again" usually did not bring much difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically Notion is my second brain. It helps me organize notes, and keep track of my habits. Notion AI helps a lot in writing.
Notion Ai is my favorite writing tool out there, and I tried them all!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and flexible it is. With Ai connected I can easily create Outlines, ask questions, get ideas, and much more all on the page I'm working on. I can separate everything easily with having ai turn it into a table.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't know if there is anything I dislike persay. I do however wish there would be some drag and drop options, or instead some pre made database's and relations, to make it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am writing a book and before Notion and Notion Ai, my notes and research was scattered. Now I'm organized, I don't get writers block, and I have help with my writing and style.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to organize projects and notes, it helps me to keep track of everything. Also, collaborate with teammates and now more focused; to be honest, we have more fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when translating into Spanish and Portuguese, I see some details I have to update, minor fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time, we are working on a lot of things simultaneously; it gets complicated a lot, so Notion, for me, is a perfect tool for creating email responses for internal and external customers.
Notion has boosted up my productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It's the best tool for documentation as I don't have to care about anything designwise. It's simply so simple that I hardly have to care about the layout, the font size and the hierarchy, I've saved so much time! And It's so easy to put all the files, url(and the preview too!) together at once. So I find it very useful that I can give a context to the audience when I make a document. Plus I love how the team tries to find a proper emoji for the document. I believe this makes the communication softer:)
What do you dislike about the product?
The chart function is still frustrating sometimes. And everytime I exported the document to print out, I had to make multiple attempts to adjust the layout. It may look good on the preview on the screen but once I print out, I can tell it doesn't look good on the paper as they have too much space on the every side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowaday the whole work environment has moved to the cloud based software from MS OFFICE as we don't have to update the final file everytime. I like it how smooth it goes even when there are many people working on the same page at the same time and I don't have to ask what's the latest version. And last but not least, It is very useful that I can always track the context of the work as I can see the history of the documents and we could use it like a wiki.

Absolute game changer and time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it helps me organize my projects and thoughts. Now with Notion AI, I can quickly take my brainstorming thoughts to the next level. That's been the most valuable asset to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think $10 a month is a bit expensive for personal use or very early-stage businesses. It's been hard to sell into my larger company as a tool for everyone to use since they already have project management software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing notes that used to get lost on random papers all over my desk. Taking those notes to the next level and even simplifying them to bring value out of them.
Very fast and efficient to apply on my daily work and life routine.
What do you like best about the product?
Fast, efficient, can generate, summarize, convert translate contents etc. Save a lot of my time to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited export output formats, no easy access to lock content, the color highlighting and other features key shortcuts are not convenient enough for easy access, the AI panel is too small and too crowded. There should be more easy access shortcuts options on the panel, such as "Alfred"Assistant app. Every action will have a shortcut lead to another execution.
