Notion is perfect for async teams
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been a great tool for organising teams and getting them to align on the 'who,what,where,why and when' of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to find content when you have a lot of pages. Although this can mostly be avoided if you organise your notion correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use notion as a knowledge-base across our entire organisation. It's been fantastic for alligning our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The pre defined templates. It makes my work a lot easier and I can easily tweak the template to the format of my choice. It is very easy to implement. I use notion for atlest 20 minutes a day, both for work and my personal usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile app can be slow. But this has significantly improved in the last quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me maintain a roadmap of the list of things my team is working on. It helps us collborate and track everything easily.
I use notion to mainitan my second brain. The different templates gives me a lot of ideas and I use the automations heavily as well.

Creating notes and using ai. Getting answers right away while writing the note

When ai doesnt answer questions because it is not related to the note

I study architecture and when i need ideas about a project or researching something, notion is helpful.

Collaboration and nesting / toggles allows for easy sharing and organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto-save is a little janky sometimes. I wish it supported tables better (e.g. ability to do bullets within tables)

Notion allows for cross-team collaboration and also acts as a knowledge base. It's easy to search within Notion for answers to questions.

i am using notion since past 6 months and i realize that the smoothness of this tool is insane and this is all in one solution for every task or problem , becasue if i have any doubt so i simply Click " space " bar and it opened a personal assistant that help for solving any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
so when i open notion then i lost in that because it has lot's of features and i confused, this is not a dislike but yaa it is hard to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
so basically i am a prompt engineer so when i write prompt then i face multiple mistakes then i simply solve from ai assistance and i also use this for documenting my all daily, monthly tasks.

Incredibly easy to use when compared with other wikis. Actually an enjoyable experience.

Some very minor feature gaps annoy me - for example not being able to add dot points in tables.

What do you like best about the product?
the thing that i like the most about it that's the organisational features and how can I make as much templates as I want.it works according to my need and provide me the best templates too.The ability to share pages on Notion is also very useful.I easier to do planning and listing the task,sprints , literally anything on the platform.I am goal oriented person so I planned my whole year and listed on it,then 6 month,then weeks and now even days are already planned.

Although the app is best but sometimes the extensive feature feel overwhelming and confusing that leads to frustration.

Easy to filter the tasks and by status and to whom it is assigned to. basically it's very user friendly that doesn't require much expertise to work with it
