"Flexible and Powerful, But Occasionally Laggy"
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its flexibility and versatility. It allows users to organize their work, thoughts, and projects in one customizable space. You can create databases, calendars, lists, Kanban boards, and link pages together, making building a system that fits your workflow easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Notion's occasional lag and its limited offline functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information by combining note-taking, task management, and database functions in one app. This benefits users by centralizing work, making collaboration easier, and improving organization, which ultimately boosts productivity and streamlines workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an amazing tool and really intuitive. I used it for project management to track different tasks assigned. I just loved it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just add another option not sure if exists. I add another field as a Reviewer but does not allow me to assign the task to someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, collaborating towards different projects in the company.

The Simplicity of the pages and roles, And the features of connecting the pages in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
they should provide the hide from user view for premium plan which they have in their highest plan but competetors have in their free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
previously we were using word and google sheets but those softwares always look like normal sheets but notion make things like user dashboard and make it in processes and that made our team project management so easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Even if the learning curve could seem a bit daunting, I like how you can create files that can be shared with an audience using Notion. If your prospective client receives a notion project, it causes a great first impression.

The learning curve and the fact it is not very smart phone friendly.

I like its AI writing assistant feature, and there are many templates and built-in features available that make my work easier.

If makes the interface more beginner-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is versatile and user friendly. I love how it combines notes, task management, and collaboration features all in one place. The customizable templates, databases, and boards make organizing projects a easy. Its integrations with other tools and platforms are also a big plus. My team's productivity is boosted and it has made it easier to manage all of our daily tasks.

The learning curve was steep, especially when it comes to the use of its advanced features. However, once my team got the hang of it, the benefits were outweighed by its functionality and flexibility.

Powerful and versatile project management solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the extent to which you can really make the space work for you in the best way you're comfortable with. It can be adapted to sit with your preferred workflow, covering as much or as little as you need

Some of the integrations are quite token and only work one way (i.e. external application -> Notion and nothing back in the other direction)

We use Notion as a single point of contact for all client information - from initial contracts to everyday account management
Organizing my work at one place
What do you like best about the product?
In doing security review of web applications, smart contracts, I often found research white papers, docs, articles across different mediums, to make them available under one place so that I can come back and refer whenever I want. I don't think a day without using notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything that I dislike in notion.

It helps me to organize my readings all under one place, be it research paper, blogs, article, etc. Also it's helpful for me take notes while online sessions, youtube videos, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although you can use notion as websites, I think it still needs some features like that user signup and login. I want to create a website by using pages that I wrote in notion. But I don't want my website as a public website. I want to create a members only website. File download options shoud be based on the member status of my website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wrote my technical documentation, instructions and books in microsoft word document before Notion. Saving images as files before inserting into the ms word document is really time consuming. Notion doesn't need to do this. Just take a screenshot, copy and paste the image into Notion page. I don't need to have a headache for pages. I can write pages in order and I can separate them as well. The readers can read my pages in order easily because of that feature. I'm going to buy Notion subscription in a few months.
