The best possible product
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been our best investment into products. It has helped us increase our productivity and keep a track of all of our information and tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about it, but the product is so extensive that it takes a little bit of time for a new learner to adapt to it and use all it features to its best. That could be a drawback but apart from that it's all very good

With the help of notion we can track our task manage them and assign them.

It keeps me organized. Everything is labeled so I am able to keep everything labeled.

I would like it if it was easier to access on the Iphone

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about notion is the simplicity of the UI and it is very easy to use. As a team leader for content moderation operations, it is where we collaborate ideas with my team and provide updates for the team to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
For about 6 months of using Notion, I would say that it greatly helps me and the my team. We use it everyday and I cannot think of any downside of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a content moderation team leader, my primary role is to provide updates to the team whenever there are available and Notion has been very helpful as a platform since it is where I provide updates to the team.

Really slow, doing anything is slow. Now even selection function is slow

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is amazing tool to travk everything and it automatically creates workflow. The tool really helped me in product management flow even when I was very new to stream. It had automatic recommendation and some predefined flow mentioned, which made me go in right direction

The tool can provide more up to date recommendation on flow or it can have more predefined path to choose from
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in maintaining task list and managimg the workflow for my journey.
As it has many other features like journaling, to do list, personal CRM it is one stop tracker for my day to day activities.

Notion is good, but lacks complexity
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Notion, it has proven a simple and clean way to keep up with projects and check on statuses. Notion makes things fun in the same manor as Slack does, encouraging emojis and color. These aren't essential but help promote a positive and fun culture as opposed to Jira. We have enjoyed it, but it's time to try a new product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of customization and intricacy that something like Jira provides. Jira allows for a lot of automation and classification while Notion limits this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping us track our weekly work. We run on weekly sprints, allowing Notion to track this projects. We recently switched to Jira, looking for a more sprint-based and complex product. I am submitting a screenshot from their homepage because I am getting flagged as an AI for some reason.

It helps me organize my tasks and share campaign plans with my team. Best organization tool out there!

It takes a bit of time to get used to the "blocks" system but once you do it helps keep everything on site.

Breaking down big projects into organized plans that are easily shareable and collaborative.

A truly incredible software that allows for website creation as well as communication between team members

When we surpassed a certain amount of data we needed to supplement with airtable, but I still find this product to be incredible and highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product management has been great and we have been able to replace asana with Notion. Also able to design our website inside notion and deliver lightning fast media.

What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is really easy to understand and one can manage multiple tasks in one go at the same time. Its basic version is free to use moreover its layout is highly customizable and even users upload and share files within Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion 's pro and team is quite overpriced as there are very less changes from the free version, security is also an issue when we are working as a group on its interface furthermore advanced project management graphs and charts are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a one-stop solution for managing my small projects/tasks and taking notes and pointers of the meetings that I come across, I personally like how that presence of left side window makes easy access to multiple tasks.
