It is a good app to track activities
What do you like best about the product?
The task management of my project has become very easy since I started using Notion with its new AI power.
What do you dislike about the product?
No specific areas that I experienced as problematic.

The problem solving is really good and helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can personalize the messages and add colours and emojis. You can also lik¡nk one page into the other and organize the information in an effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is too much. The AI doesn't seem that helpful.

I like that I am able to organize my thoughts and life. The Templates are very helpful.

Bit of a learning curve. Wish using the app on iPad with Apple Pencil was smoother.

Clean, enjoyable way to document notes and snippets
What do you like best about the product?
I love how clean the tool is and how I can include photos, snippets, links from within Notion, etc. I also enjoy that it has a nice web version along with the desktop app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I need to reorder my notes, it will delete what I have in the drop down carrot and only take the main title somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to share notes without having version-control frenzy. It is also a knowledge bank across the organization.
Game changer for organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides me all in one work space which help me to organized my life and work, I like how it combines notes, database, task and calenders all in one place. One of my favorite thing about notion is how customizable it is. Notion has made collaborating my team much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love how customizable notion is, can't some time to figure out and for new user it is hard to familiar with its features. Notion has limited automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has been a game changer for me. I can breakdown my work into manageable , set deadlines and track progress, all in one place. Notion help me to create plan and track my ideas. With Notion it become very easy to create plan and achieve it.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion now has smarter databases, a new Feed view, AI-powered research & meeting notes, and even Notion Mail to organize emails like a database — making work faster and more connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall great, but could improve offline support, speed with large workspaces, and mobile editing for complex databases.

I'm a new user to notion. Even so, I find it very easy to navigate through them.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Notion are;
- Coloured links/text and predictions
Often times, when I've documented something, I like to colour code my text such as "DO NOT DO THIS". Bold text are not enough to state how important it is.
- Implementing GIFs
Sometimes words and sentences are too complex to be written. A GIFs or multiple of them can make the message more clear and understandables. As well makes it not so boring to read through.
- The tags
Tagging the right people to see if what I've documented are crucial for me to get feedbacks. These feedbacks often comes with links that again are coloured and lead to other documentations within the Notion itself.

- There can be duplicates of informations or abandon pages
- Too many pages with each one with 500 words

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to get some sense of whats going on within the project. A brief explanation. A miniature wikipedia so to speak. But for first time user, it could be very daunting as too much informations and don't know where to start

Ease of writing a document and link them in databases

No integration with outlook and very basic task management

Helping with writing PRDs and tracking progress of projects

I love the flexibility to set up tracking systems for all projects and tasks in any way needed for me and my processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a large learning curve to using all the neat ways to use Notion and it takes some homework and research to really use tools efficiently.

Notion ensures I do not forget things and allows me to track my progress.
