What do you like best about the product?

I like how modular it is for organizing data. You have the flexibility to change how the data is organized and presented at any point within your project. It's flexible to adapt to your project needs as it grows.

What do you dislike about the product?

I did not find it as easy to use as project management with teams for task assignment and organization as other project management platforms. For a repository, great, for scheduling and delegation, not as intuitive or streamlined.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you are looking to really plan out a project such as an involved website with lots of links to resources and include the information for each resource, Notion is a good choice.

What do you like best about the product?

It offers a comprehensive set of features and can integrate with other business tools like Slack and other CRMs. On top of that, it’s easy to use and straightforward to navigate. The speed to spin up a database on Notion and link it to pages is great so I'd say great performance rate. Pricing is pretty reasonable for a sole trader servicing the clients. We have not used support yet but there are plenty of resources and support is there anyway to help if we need. Notion bot is great - used it a few times and it does provide great insight on ideas we have

What do you dislike about the product?

Perhaps the UI can be easier to nevigate - especially the table format.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion is a tool with comprehensive features that help small business/sole trader like us to document, project manage and execute business ideas and the ability to integrate with many other tools are really cool

What do you like best about the product?

Being able to replace Salesforce with an easy-to-use document repository that already has AI built into it.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven’t personally run into performance lag with a large database, but it’s something I’ve seen and heard about. That’s why I’m curious how scalable it will be once we grow past a certain point.

I wanted to get rid of a clunky and overpriced Salesforce/CRM.

The simple interface, amd the ability to publish Notion sites.

The learning curve is steep, and the design options are limited.

Organization. I’ve built a database of all the jobs available in my niche, and information about them. Second-brain.

Ease of structuring documents and folder paths. Makes it so intuitive to do so. Also really like the Agentic layer, and how readable it is to agents.

What do you dislike about the product?

Limited ability to format the visualization of tables i.e. center text, add special characters, etc

Structuring internal policy documents for ease of collaboration, alignment and internal enablement

What do you like best about the product?

Data gathering, brain storming, colibaration, and having an AI agent to help write emails and important company documents are just a short list of what I like about notion

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the interface of chatGPT and notion sometimes is difficult and I can loose some of my thoughts I wrote down looking to get input from chat.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The #1 biggest solution I'm getting daily is putting together professional emails to customers.

I can just centralize absolutely everything in Notion: project management, internal documentation, external forms, CRM, and so much more.
We've been using Notion Agents to use Notion directly from Slack

As Notion is a big sandbox, it can quickly get messy. Also the role management is simple but not ideal all the time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralizing everything in one place. Thanks to Notion we avoid having 20 different SaaS for our daily tasks.

The biggest upside of using Notion is its performance and its integrations.

I do not have any downsides to Notion at the moment

Initially the designer, very clear, but I have no complaints about the site itself.
