Perfect tool for all your documentation needs
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's templates are the best! They are so diverse, can quickly get you started on any documentation, and can even serve as a project management tool. I use Notion to track my product roadmap progress and have all essential documentation in one central database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion doesn't give a lot of insights on data which could have been useful for various use cases like if you are using it as a Sales CRM, you need to know when the stage of a particular lead changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is one tool that is diverse enough to support all your collaboration, tracking, and documenting needs as a project manager, free of cost. It is simple and the guides can help you get ready in no time.

Notion provides a versatile solution for organizing and managing information and solving various business problems for us graphic designers. One of the critical issues it addresses is the need for an all-in-one platform for personal and team productivity, allowing me to manage projects, track tasks, and collaborate with team members in one place. The software's customizable databases and wikis enable me to easily store and access project information and knowledge, saving time and streamlining the workflow. Notion's user-friendly interface and seamless integration with other tools make it a valuable asset for graphic designers looking to improve their productivity and efficiency. The software's versatility allows me to use it for various tasks, such as note-taking, meeting minutes, and project management. A great approach that's really flexible
What do you like best about the product?
You can create anything you need with the flexible set-up, various blocks and unique templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a bit of a learning curve to get to know. the best way to structure all the data.

Company SOPs, onboarding new staff and documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and document technical and non-technical stuff. Greatly benefitted my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel search does not work well, and it is tough to find using the search functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notion is a Wiki page for all technical and non-technical discussions and a documentation hub. Our team is more productive after using this tool every day.
Easy company wide collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows for document sharing and tracking across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much not to like. It integrates well with other applications which is usually the priority.

Central administration of a glossary of contacts and documentation for processes and procedures around the org.
Notion is our go to for Sprints, PRD documentation and High Level Planning

Notions best feature has to be the way you can interlink pages inside different files..also the tables are super intuitive to use and more appealing than the traditional excell

The search feature by keyword could be better

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us document and keep a track of all our day to day activities dripping down from the roadmaps which are all created on notion. Also helps to collaborate better across different functional teams
It organize my life
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everyone can access all our project data and how we can basically do everything we want on Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like almost everything. But I can say that notion will be a lot more better if it adapt more theme, styles and colors.

Notion helps us manage our projects and track our progress. It helps us compile all our unorganize files and organize it for us

It is super versatile. You can use it for work, school, personal organization, and more! It helped me reach my goals in all aspects.

At first it was not that easy to use. I had to get used to the platform.

Feature rich workspace for calendars, tasks and documents
What do you like best about the product?
1. Ability to add multiple organized structures like calendars, boards, tables for the same database, allowing us to visualize in a variety of formats
2. Credit system - connecting Notion to other apps or installing the mobile applications gives us credit which can be used to upgrade the tier.
3. Great UI - allowing minimalist colors and aesthetic appeal, without seeming too loud

What do you dislike about the product?
For a beginner, Notion can get pretty overwhelming since it's very unopinionated and therefore, anyone can get confused on what options to use. The android app also isn't optimal to use on the small phone screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my personal workspace on my desktop. It allows me to house my tasks and calendars onto a single platform, and thus, I don't have to switch between a lot of apps. I hope to see further improvements in the app
