Notion AI saves a ton of time when editing book writing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for staff meeting agendas and shared brainstorming space. Lately, I have loved using Notion AI to copy paragraphs of text into it and edit the writing or improve the tone of voice. I don't use it to rewrite it because I want to maintain my own voice, but I use it to get ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is how it forces you to operate in line-items like a spreadsheet. It feels weird to use when writing body copy or long-form prose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have three editors working on my book-writing. Notion is very good at helping me with editing before it gets to those editors. AI helps me to improve active voice and interesting word choices.

Notion is the ultimate all-in-one workspace, perfect for organizing tasks, projects, and notes all in one place. It offers a ton of customization options, including templates, databases, and integrations with other tools. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to use for both personal and professional purposes. Plus, it supports real-time collaboration, allowing teams to work together on projects and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion does a lot things okay but not great, some more developement to the task and reminder system would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps as it organises my information.
Great Business Repository and Knowledge Base
What do you like best about the product?
As a remote team, we use notion eveyday. It's a flexible app that houses our repositories and other important team documents. It helps us organize, iterate important resources, create a knowledge base for our clients, and understand the work of our peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Code repositories are a little harder to input or build in notion pages. There are also limits to video embeddings and they inconsistently play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote team with members from all around the globe, the data we need and create is a little hard to manage. With notion, all our information, codes, and data are stored in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion was a game changer for me. I was able to organize my life in a way I wasn't able to with any other app. The sheer amount of functionality that it offers as well.. My goodness! So many options to format your data, to interact with it in many different ways. If notion wasn't there I would've been developing an app just like that for my personal use as I'm a developer. Because you guys exist, now I don't have to! I really love the AI addition as well. It's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables. Maybe I'm stupid, but when I try to use a table, I cannot change the type of the Primary key of the "database" table. It must always be "Text" which is kind of annoying as sometimes I want it to be something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization management.

It's an extension of myself, I do everything on notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it looked better on Iphone. I feel it looks to similar to the web and mac version and makes it harder to use.

Writing emails to employees, influencers, brands, etc.
It has opened so many doors for creativity I never knew I had!

"I think the fact that its very unique compared to most other brands. its function works so well in contrast to helping me stay organized and also focused more."

"I feel like if notion would give us free templates I would be 100% satisfied lol, besides this I feel like there isn't anything I hate about it. I tell my friends about notion so much they think I'm sponsored.

It helps me so much with university with y spelling and organizing my notes and helping me understand somethings through the powerful A.I system. I have accomplished sp much because of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing that I think could be improved is the view, and navigation of the mobile app. While the app is functional, it can be slow and difficult at times. It is very difficult for me when I need to access information quickly. Another aspect that could be improved is the integration with other apps and services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my team, the facility is to work with my co-workers on a project in real-time. It also shares information and progress for some assigned tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to edit spaces and dashboards, it makes the process much more fun, intuitive, and visual. The new Artificial Intelligence feature has been helping me improve my texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the sharing options, I would like them to be easier to access and share with the team, I still get confused about this because it's a more "hidden" option on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing to better organize the stages of my creative process. I am a designer and also work with strategy, which has made managing this process easier and even allows me to share these notes with my client.
It is like having your very own assistant!

I like how intuative the design is. The layout is very customisable to reflect my working style and priorites. The templates are a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't as seemless as others for example, tables and images. Dragging and dropping features would help this.

Notion is a place where I organise my life. It is solving the issue of having multiple platforms for different thing. For example, I have a restuarants and movies lists as well as my budget planner all in the same software!
Excellent, but still room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed at which it performs tasks. I like the ability to continue writing/expanding selections. I like the formatting and clean look of each result as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'try again' option is the least helpful to me. I want to use the same prompt but get a different result sometimes. It's still useful for retyping what I wrote though. I also don't like how I lose my prompt when I click enter and would like to be able to use the same prompt again, but maybe tweaked a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with writing content for blogs and social media posts. It's also giving ideas on how to market a book. It also provides me with summaries of websites - so it's really helping me to save a lot of time.
