What do you like best about the product?
If you're looking to create a simple clean information-based website, you're not going to find a better solution. Additionally, the support team are extremely responsive should you run into trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
I confused myself with the access permissions when trying to transfer ownership of a notion page (expecting the permissions to be exactly the same as Google Docs), there's a slight nuance between pages and workspaces which proves problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Notion is a public repository which multiple team-members can easily updated. This allows us to present a highly functional website up-to-date.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows you to customize as many pages as you want because it's completely modular. That means you can recreate any information structure and expand it as needed. You can link and connect everything in your workspace. Its main strength is the use of databases to have hubs of related information together. I think it's perfect to gather and collect complex information and present it to clients or teams to establish a flow of work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once you have a lot of content in your workspace, it becomes a bit slower when you start it because everything is stored in the cloud. This also means you can't access the information if you are not connected because no local copies are stored, which is the biggest downside.
Also, the use of databases can be a downside because it could lead you to force some things into a specific structure you previously created.
And finally, due to it's impressive search function (one the best I've seen), they claim they can't use ent to end encryption.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been excellent for creating documents summarizing the client's needs for a project. The ability to create internal pages, different highlighting methods, and the links to other platforms (drive, youtube, lucidchart, github) allows you to have a compact page where you only see what you want and need to see. But you can still find any information related to that project, whether it's relevant bibliography, ideas, database with tasks for the project, or links to documents that update live. You can use Notion as a hub for all the information about the project without having to search in every platform individually.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using it as a website for our nonprofit and it's SO easy to update and manage with our team. I really appreciate the ease of the platform and the ability to link to tasks and notes from other pages. It's been a great solution for our nonprofit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the task management aspects of Notion. However, it lacks the "dashboard" effect that I'm used to with other systems like Asana, Redbooth, etc. I appreciate how everything interlinks, and I understand the value of that. But I prefer the dashboard. So I use Notion for our website and notes, and then use Asana for tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I actually use it as a full website for www.humanspaceprogram.org and it has served us really well. I also use it for notes for our organization, to share concepts and collaborate on ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for everything for 2 years now. I manage my activities, plan my year, do career planning, manage projects and manage to customize practically everything, except the formulas that I still find complex. For me it's an excellent tool and I can't live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For sure, the formulas, I still can't use them because I don't always understand them. I also don't miss that database dependencies are not so simple and intuitive as you have to use a menu to find the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize everything I need: my schedule, managing different projects, customizing, using templates, in short, everything. It helps me to have quick and easy information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion! I use it for both my personal and professional life. Having a lot of applications on my phone both fills the memory and becomes confusing. Notion gives me an all-in-one experience. I prefer to use it as my calender, to do list, tracker, note book, journal and so on. It is very useful to reach all of them in one place, to divide them into categories, to set reminders and creating templates for later. To create a new page, you can add or edit templates created by others, or notion has many tutorial pages on their site, you can get inspiration from them too. It is very easy to reach from my phone and computer as I want. Also, the interface is very simple to use.
I also use it for my small business team, great for opening collaborative pages, assigning tasks, sending notifications and tracking their status. Very useful for tracking work when working with a team.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I honestly do not like about Notion is that there are no widgets for Apple Watch and iPhone. They could be very useful and help me use the app more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my small business team of two, we have to split most of the work, but sometimes the roles get mixed up. Thanks to Notion, we can see all the to-do lists, assign them according to our availability, and track deadlines easily. We can archive completed jobs, tasks or projects and see our current status. We can look at the archive to see how we managed a process before.
It is also a very nice to have both shared and personal pages. We can organize and monitor our personal and business taskst separately in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, affordable, fun, useful, integrates well with other tools, always improving and adding new features, open to feedback and constant improvement, works the way my brain does :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tables were more dynamic. The databases are the best but I feel the tables could be better. Would be good to have more features there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an idea jotter so it helps me organize my thoughts in a more systematic way than notes on Post-Its all over my house. The databases and sub-items are my favorite because it's how I visualize information and categories.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is so useful for maintaing dail life and work task. But the thing I LOVE about Notion is the customer help. I deleted a really important page in my Notion page and Notion help center solved my problem so quickly and saved my life!

There is no particular thing that I do not like about Notion.

I usually use Notion to keep my life organized. Notion has templates for almost everything and when I need to create a page for a specific purpose I can find a ready template so it makes creating pages so fast and convenient.
Great solution for a small non-profit

Notion is a very valuable organizational tool that allows us to manage tasks, create documentation, and host both internal and external knowledge bases.

Some of the filter functionality is a bit tricky to figure out and not as intuitive as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is being used as our all around solution. Allowing everything (meeting notes, tasks, KPI's, documentation) to live in one organized space.

You can use for whatever you want, you can customize as you need, as to do list, notebook, tables, calendars, timeline, lots of possibilities in one single place

we could've some tutorials videos, some help, so people can learn all the things you can do inside Notion, ou can feel a little lost when you open Notion with tons of possibilities

I'm an architect, so I'm managing my office with Notion, from business plan to standard procedure, contact list, all interconnected, so i can have a better service for my clients, with organization
