A whole discovery better than Evernote
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to adapt and personalize. Notion is a much better product than evernote since it allows you to segregate the information much better and customize the way it is used. Likewise, at the user and business management level, it allows the creation of pages to be viewed or shared in edition. I love that it is multiplatform, my company only uses linux and it is a relief to see how other companies develop for all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like are only two things. The first is not being able to justify the texts. The second is not being able to put a password on the pages.What I don't like are only two things. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion comes to solve my project management and knowledge base problems. We manage projects that cover some six million people and a daily service of 50,000 people. Notion's ability to customize data is unique and much better than evernote.

Notion can make every notes, presentation, brainstorm, orgnization look beautiful with its block style usage.

Sometimes you want to make complex links between tables or filters or conditionalities or make a view aggregating multiple tables and you can't

Organizing clearly all my notes, my tasks and documentation I need to share.

Notion is very flexible for your needs. You can choose from a variety of templates that suits any situation

In web version, big pages are loaded a little bit slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to keep everything in my mind anymore because now I can spill my thoughts in Notion.
Amazing multi-use app
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an unbelievably useful application. Want to manage your calendar, its got it. Want to build a CRM database, done. No code simplicity at its finest, the best application out there
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Notion is that it is so powerful you almost get overwhelmed with what it can do. The only improvement I would make is integration with grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to keep EVERYTHING that is relevant to my life, both business and personal, in one place. The ease with which you can organize, re-organize and search through your notes is both intuitive and efficient. The different formats you can use to manage projects, from boards to table views accommodates anyone and everyones preferences.

I like the new AI features, customizable table/database layouts, and advanced search capabilities.

Notion continues to amaze me. I don't see anything that needs to be improved at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping to solve my brain fog. It allows me to get ideas out of my head and write them down so that I can move them around and manipulate them. It is helping me track everything in my personal life as well as work life. It has helped me to create customized dashboard solutions that help to visualize data and information better. It allowed me to develop tailored project management tools when there weren't others on the market that fit my needs.

The ability to assign tasks to team members, link to all the information and see the status

I find it a little hard to navigate as it does so much, but that is more I need the time to get up to speed

Assigning work to team members and making sure they are keeping on top of their tasks, as well as looking at our week ahead across clients

That not all firms are using it, especially my firm, ORANGE, big firm though.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple. You have one type of page that you can use in different styles and databases, connect it with other pages, and you can make it look, feel and work exactly how you want it to be. You can add or remove any piece of that page you want and lock it to make it work really well with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that is true for most CRMs or ERPs: The beginning can be challenging. I had to navigate through the app until I could make it work for my team and me. Also, the Notion templates library is basic, and the system can do more than this. I would recommend updating the free template library with more advanced pages.

I use Notion for my personal life and my business. Notion helps me stay updated on my tasks, projects and areas of life and business. I can keep up with my project, and find things quickly all across the system.
An overall well-rounded product that, however, sometimes lacks over traditional and simple products.

The ability to organise notes in a structured and complex way. Notion also provides quite a big chunk of customazibility, with embedding HTML, etc. It also allows for an ideal collaboration space when one needs to do a project and as it is run in JavaScript, it can be simply used in the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a bit slow and inconvenient to use. As Notion is built in JavaScript, it feels like it's a bit unresponsive often times and requires unreasonably high loading times for pages, etc.
Moreover, as it a fairly complex tool, it's a question whether it might not be better to just use something else for specific tasks. For instance, keeping track of habits, or budgeting myself might be done in Notion; but it will probably be much easier and convenient in Excel.

Keeping track of scientific literature and scientific experiments.
Also, keeping track of different lectures and blogs I find online and want to use later on. Notion thus acts as a second brain for me.

I love the way you can connect you pages with each other. Love the tables and how you can put content into something like excel but with content in it.
I use it to my personal life and to all my studies - I'm a doctor so I use it to put everythin I learn and use it as consulting platform.
The best thing is I can use it anywhere!
I love the Notion team, I´ve contacted them sometimes now and the service is excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing they could do better for now is to adapt the new tables feature and allow to join cells (like one can do with tables on Microsoft tools).
The function "search" could also work for the documents that you put upload. That would make it perfect.

I have all the medical knowledge in one place. And I don't have to search for the ppt in an external drive or anything. I have all about one disease in one single page and if I need to correlate it, I can put a direct link for the other stuff I want to know about.
