The greatest tool anybody could have
What do you like best about the product?
The endless possibilities are truly endless. What makes Notion so great is how personally you can create your account from the different pages to even how each page is constructed.
What do you dislike about the product?
To my knowledge, there is no downsides to having Notion in your corner. It's a tool that is widely dependent on how the user uses said tool. The occasionaly bugs are annoying but every app has quirks and kinks so you can't blame the app for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the disorganization of my work. I can organize all my pages how I want them to be organized. Then whenever I need help, my AI is there to help me throughout my creative process.
A powerful addition to Notion
What do you like best about the product?
It is a Swiss Army Knife for me. One stop shop for everyday tasks. Only imagination is the limit of using Notion. I can feel that the team Notion is very passionate about what they are doing. The free version is already powerful enough for individual users.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of learning curves to use Notion - easy to get lost by its offers and functions. People may also need to be ensured about putting the sensitive and private information to the Notion server. More transparent about the data protection method to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use the latest AI model to improve writing. It is good for non-native English speakers and boosts my work efficiency a lot. However, it is not very easy to use. For example, I replaced my Grammarly subscription to use Notion AI, but I found out that Grammarly has this nice interaction that allows users to see the changes. In Notion AI, it is a bit difficult to see where the change is compared to the original text input. It would be better to allow users to accept part of the changes and reject others as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to write notes on lectures in uni. It is just so fascinating that you can always ask notion to give examples, evaluate, outline, summarize etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for me, it lacks the ability to extract information from the attached pdf's. Also I would be happy to see chat functionality as in chatgpt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking became such an enjoyable process. Brainstorming is great as well

It helps you visualize how much work you have and you can create a calendar where you can drag "tasks" freely to the date you want

I would like for the "tasks" to be color coded by being that color completely

I definitely helps me correct my grammar as I speak multiple languages.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion allows me to personalize my spaces and pages. I use it for all aspects of my life and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more of the templates were free. I also wish that notion had a recording feature.

Notion helps me organize and store information. It allows me to keep everything in one place with ease. The AI feature is also very helpful and I use it daily.
IKEA effect
What do you like best about the product?
The Notion workspace is infinitely more valuable than any tool that works right out of the box because I made it myself, so I can customize it perfectly to my needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't act directly on my databases from Notion to the outside web. Notion has a button feature but it only does things INSIDE of Notion and I would love if it could act outside of Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is making my daily tasks, calendar and schoolwork easy to access as all of it in one place: My home page! The customization and aesthetics of Notion also make it so fun to use!
The best writing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it not only checks grammar and spelling but also it continues writing, changes the tone and much more! Basically no limit! Compared to other apps where it only answers question or only checks the grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it only writes based on the content within the page. Maybe being able to select that data pool e.g attached docx or database within page can be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to have seperate chrome tab open to do a background research and just asking the ai for the answer. Then hitting make it longer will finish my task.

- To really master it can take some time and I had to watch different YouTube videos to help me get what I wanted out of it

- It is keeping all my notes, tasks and projects altogether in one place and allow me to connect them together

- The flexibility to build different formats according to my liking

- I wish there were a function for jotting notes or drawing out sketches with my apple pencil

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I have been using a physical bullet journal and realized that Notion is an up-leveled version of bullet journal because it can sync to all my devices.
- I have ADHD, and having a designated place for everything is crucial - Notion can do that.
- When clients throw bits and pieces of information on a project, I can pop them into one of my categories and stay organized.

Great for organising my life and work tasks
What do you like best about the product?
great usage of databases, tables, charts, calendars and much more! AI integration has been an absolute game changer for me and is well worth the extra few bucks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Page customisation maybe? Theres honestly so much you can do but you cant do things like centre or other super basic things in word documents or sheets (unless i cant find them, in which case i apologise!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me organise my work, including tasks and projects as well as deadlines i need to hit. Is also super useful as you can create pages and export them as a PDF so you can create super effective coaching resources and easily share them.
