Perfect and Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to cross-reference pages, names and categories between documents. It's allowed a very easy and fluid workflow to manage datat and search for information. Most useful to me has been able to code expressions that would not be otherwise available on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more intuitive and shorter tutorials around the features and uses of Notion. I think this would demonstrate the versatility of the product and flexibility of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I initially found Notion from the Intentional relationships aid which has helped me stay connected in my network and manage my time effectively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to create projects, to invite clients to collaborate with them, to take notes, to organize my study materials, links, and to-do lists. I am aware of the huge number of features I still don`t know how to use, but I`d like to learn more about them as soon as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is a great tool especially considering it is free. It`s almost impossible to see such a complex platform to be offered for free.

It's our knowledge base. We store the information needed, things to refer to on Notion. We also use it for our brainstorming sessions and task tracking.
I don't think I have ever loved databases as much as I do now
What do you like best about the product?
I honestly do not even know where to begin. I love that the first cell-they call cells <>- of every database becomes a page of its own. I am on the Team plan, so work delegation and control have become way more manageable. I can keep track of the rest of my team with the Last Edited property, which allows you to see the date and exact time someone edited anything on each property. Another super helpful feature is the linked databases. With them, you can create one database and embed it inline on any other page, and whatever you change in one, changes in all the rest. You can add different properties to every lined database and hide the ones you don't need at the moment, or use filters and keep them looking clean. And perks to their customer service team. Although it says they might take a few hours for you to get a response, I've never had to wait more than 30 mins.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only three things I dislike and would love it if they would add to: The choices of color are minimal, and for someone who uses around 20 different colors in Excel, I find it a little insufficient on that side. And the typography. You only get serif, sans-serif, and mono. And the thing is, mono is the one I like the most, but the width changes way too much when you switch to it, make exporting a page on PDF more complicated than it already is. Printing databases is not an easy job if you are not used to it and know a couple of tricks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative work has become bliss since I found this. One of the things I am in charge of is the RTA part, which pretty much sentences you to use Excel forever and ever. Well, not anymore. I can import CSV like it was nothing and keep a clean and functional dashboard for me and a separate one for the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Forget about Excel formulas since most of them don't work here. There's a learning curve to Notion, so if you're going to give it a try, really give it a try. And if you have any doubtls, don't hesitate to press the "?" button. They are extremelly helpful! And also, consider doing a Google search to look for pre-made templates that might be useful for you.
The perfect tool for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is everything we need. We tried to use many tools for many things... Tools like Slack, asana, trello, evernote, and we ever fail. Now we use Notion to organize and planning our projects. Now we do all of that, and we can share knowledge with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think that the price is not for every small business, specially if your are in Latam and you pay in USD. But you can use the free tool and you will love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all the information in the same place. I can Take notes, Make databases, make a Wiki for our team, share and link documents between every platform (Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
I Can follow up my projects, assign tasks to my teammates, and many things that im learning how to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion can do everything. You can create and design almost any system design that you can dream up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's freedom and open-ended layout can be a bit overwhelming for newcomers. Thankfully there's a huge community out there to help!

In Notion i have created my own personal life OS, personal CRM and various specialized databases for my hobbies and business.
Notion is SO great!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been an incredible tool to add into our company and the way we operate internally. What I like most about Notion, is all of the company wide items we can keep in one place. It is a great internal directory and one stop shop for employees to come and to add and receive information. Different teams at our company are able to have their own pages too and that has worked out great. Whether it is keeping meeting notes, finding company memos and policys, or even connecting with other employees, it has been a great resource! You can never have too many pages created and things stored!
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been much about Notion that I have disliked. It is fairly simple to add things in and make different pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our company moving into being remote when the pandemic hit, we were so happy to already have something like Notion in place. It is an excellent tool for keeping an open stream of communication amongst employees and teams and has made working remote much easier. It is easy to hop on and see what items have been added or reference back to things because you always know where everything lives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recomend Noton and it is a great benefit to any company. It is useful and works as a great internal company database for employees and information.
