Workflow calendar and progress for multiple Team and multiple tasks at one place
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helped by making it convenient to plan and track tasks. We used Notion to create a plan, a calendar. We assigned tasks and monitored workflow across several timezones.

What do you dislike about the product?
While most of the dashboard was intuitive, there is some learning curve. You can create databases in Notion, but I have not yet been able to figure out importing current databases into notion. However, they do provide the ability to link to any file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to cut down our meetings by more than half because Notion allows you to create detailed steps and assign work. Our productivity and turnaround times have increased because we started using their templated for tracking progress.

It´s so user-friendly to use and you can pretty much use it for anything you want

I think it's perfect. Maybe the free trial could have more credits.

I started using notion this year in my department and love that you're able to easily store information for teams to use cross functionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that before you start using Notion it is beneficial to get some training on the platform to ensure you use all the functions.

Central location for information across the business. It allows different access levels to share across the business as needed. Information is well presented

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to access documents quickly and the organization we can have with Notion. Notion creates a space for companies to upload documents that can be easily accessible within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any dislikes within this product. Notion has been very reliable. I have been a user for three months now. I do not believe there are any issues with Notion in it's current state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When dealing with customers on the phone and needing information at the tip of your fingers, Notion is there. We are able to locate documents within seconds to properly support our customers.
A Nice Tool For Digital Documentation and Management
What do you like best about the product?
The notion is a great online tool for using your writing skills for managing your daily routines from the semester projects to corporate product management. What I love about the notion is that we can create sub-pages within the main page and provide a separate icon and bg to watch the page. Other than that the various amount of views that can be provided to a single page is also a great way to visualize the documented data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many different fonts and templates ate provided for our documentation. There is a specific number of templates and fonts provided which makes it quite boring to work with after a specific duration of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notion is the best easily sharable documentation tool out there and I believe its a way to share data that you are documenting with your teammates and seniors who you are working with!
An excellent software for technical documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me and my team organize our daily tasks and monthly projects speedily and efficiently, with many options to choose from regarding data in subpages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rarely, the software will disconnect all of the accounts that are logged in, set the theme white and enable spell check again; for some reason. It isn't enjoyable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is helping my team to share knowledge very fast and create a vast knowledge base for us to consult every day, accelerating our performance every time we have problems that were already fixed and documented.
The Best Notes Taking Application
What do you like best about the product?
The notion is the best thought out of implementation of notes taking app. Notion helps to save everything from simple checkbox notes to the entire webpage extracted and stored!
What do you dislike about the product?
The notion has too many features, so for a beginner, it feels overwhelming Notion quickly drags and drops notes inside one another, so sometimes notes get misplaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us to save our daily tasks to our entire product roadmap everything inside one application helps us save a lot of time. The notion also allows us to save predefined content easily from other creators!
Super flexible, can cater to a very diverse set of operational functions

Premade templates for pages and the hyper-customizability (that's a word) of each page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the prettiest looking platform (at least, not without a bit more effort than I was willing to give).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses Notion as a store of our policy and process documents and to plan and track our sprint and cycle goals. It has undoubtedly improved the efficiency of our team as a whole.
The most customizable task and project management platform on the market
What do you like best about the product?
As someone with ADHD, the ability to customize my workspace to facilitate my unique workflow and preferences is valuable. I love that my homepage showcases my current projects, goals and progress, and any daily reminders. My homepage also has a space to set an intention for the day and note the three things I want to accomplish for the day. This system has increased my work productivity and motivation to keep moving toward my goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve, and some functionality has to be built rather than being present natively within the software platform. Some team members have been reticent to use the software because of the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every task and project management platform we used in the past was always missing a critical feature. With Notion's endlessly customizable platform, we have been able to customize the platform to suit our unique business needs. Additionally, we have seen a huge increase in productivity since implementing the platform.
Super customizable digital workspace I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The notion is an extensively customizable and user-focused digital workspace solution where multiple individuals can seamlessly work and share work documents. Also, they offer a free version containing almost all the features and flexibilities a typical user seeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it offers so much content and functionality in a single dashboard upon enrollment, the new user may need help using it effectively. In addition, this makes its user interface look cluttered and disorganized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In conclusion, we value the fact that Notion is the most adaptable and customizable digital workspace, allowing you to replace, edit, or delete any portion or all of its preexisting layouts. However, we found excessive customization sometimes challenging in adhering to precise workflow approaches.
