Notion has been a complete gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
Its extreme customizability lends itself well to a variety of use-cases both personally and professionally. It is easy to use and get started with a variety of templates and editing options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blank canvas nature of the interface can be daunting to some people. Calendar and other integrations can be improved - although that is in the pipeline from what I understand. More tutorials for older/less tech-savvy customers would also be helpful (especially in team/enterprise contexts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one task manager, notes repository, knowledge base, document / work center and more. The unified interface with interlinking helps keep things organized, optimize for more time and efficiency and improve productivity and performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Missing workflow components (described in more detail recently also via chat in Notion to customer support)
- missing email, mailing list (can have web page but not email or mailing list), also with own domain - e.g. if coming with own domain as website - as most Notion account types are offering unlimited storage
- missing chat, webinar features (text, audio, video chat) with recording feature, also Gravatar support - basically similar feature set as in Telegram
- missing proper calendar app

- searching information

Highly Interactive and easy to share with team
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has a structured interface that helps to sort things quickly in different headers and has always been consistent over the previous updates. No major changes and ease pf use
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat difficult to share a note with people who don't use notion as the web version lags way too much and they have to download notion for a seamless experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to jot down the points in a structured way and helps to create business plans effectively and easily interpretably. It is not complex and can be handed over to an intern to work upon.
Notion- my goto for everything
What do you like best about the product?
You can start with a blank canvas and can turn it into anything. It can literally be a fusion of pages, databases, tables, boards, calendars, emails, code, anything. You don't have to know why you are starting that page, instead, you could develop it slowly and see where it's leading you and customize and template according to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a scribble person. Sometimes instead of typing everything, I like to scribble notes on my computer of my iPad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of projects and deadlines in one place and the communication can be linked and tasks can be assigned automatically. It's like you don't need to leave the platform at all to manage your day or your workflow.
LOVE Notion for all of its wonderful uses
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it gives our whole team a place to come together around goals, processes, notes, and data. It's much cleaner than when we had all of these things in drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes formatting takes me a little bit longer to get the hang of, but that might be more user error! Ex: when doing bulleted lists and going between different bullets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made us far more organized. It allows us to provide a one-stop shop to handle employee onboarding, weekly meeting notes, and more. It makes it far easier to collaborate as a team and also work async.
Notion is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of being able to track my team's tasks and understand the processes of each area of the company, it's an extremely easy-to-use tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like everything, I can't find anything that could be improved. I consider it one of the best tools on the market. In our company, most teams use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Review tasks that I have pending within my area and the other areas of the company and be able to work as a team for the execution of all of them, if performance has increased!
Notion - A Versatile Notemaking And PKM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can build your own templates and systems in it.
It's in a way, the Swiss army knife of Notemaking and PKM apps. Notion is one of the head apps among its competition.

What do you dislike about the product?
No, I don't have anything.
I haven't had any issues.
No, nothing comes to mind for me there.
Maybe an increased speed.
Speedwise an improvement would be interesting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me build a product, a template I can sell or give away as a part of my coming book.
Not really; I'm using another notetaking app as my head app. But I could consider moving to Notion fully.

Notion: The Swiss Army Knife of Business Applications
What do you like best about the product?
The blank-slate canvas that notion provides is both very intimidating and promising. It has the ability to create databases that can be connected to other databases. It has very rich note-taking capabilities that even alow for a LaTex-like language as well as support for many programming languages.
Overall, I would highly recommend this tool especially if you hate using things like spreadsheets and wikis to document and track things.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most out-of-the-box intuitive application. You can't just open it and know what you're doing. It requires either watching videos or spending a lot of time exploring. I would not recommend using it without going through those steps first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- A robust note-taking application for different math and development courses that I take.
- Keeping track of different personal or work projects that don't require interactions with developers.
- Managing personal databases of things that I want to keep track of like restaurants that I usually go to, or home renovation projects that I'm working on.

Useful, but could improve dramatically
What do you like best about the product?
I like the elements you can add, and the interface seems excellent - the History is super helpful, and the ability to soft delete is essential. To add a new element is easy and fast, never fails, and section subdivisions & drag-and-drop features work pretty well! I like the ability to create different record types in Databases (multi-select "tags", links and so on), and the table capabilities are pretty extensive. The Icons can be added anywhere, and that's another blamazing feature. Love all the toggle types (with the H1 and normal text and so on)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish adding the HTML elements into the notes would be more extensive and/or granular: I miss multi-font documents (like disclaimers in a smaller or different font), colors for text and in general, the granularity you have in classic HTML. Confluence does a better job in that. I totally dislike the absence of "last edited" with the date and "by" with the Author in first line, because I need to click to see the history if I wanna know if a file is old or not. I think the pages should have the lock ability also as a button rather than 2-clicks. The databases should maybe just be tables (with DB under the hood, they are a tad confusing when compared with normal tables - none is perfect). The folder stucture of the menu should also be hierarchical rather than a plain unstructured list. I wish elements should have different names when I search, because if I look for "collapsible" or for "toggle" I mean the same thing and we all know that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising notes, keeping track (with date) of events, tagging elements (in tables or databases), but in general manipulating unstructured text to look structured (with fonts, bold, colors, sections, collapsible elements).
Notion is the place to organize and document your work or even life
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is linkable with @ tags you can reference any document, create reminders or tag teammate's
Beyond powerful no code workspace building and document editing notion ties everything together making it easy to search information across the organization, it even has a Omni search bar

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion could improve its document editing capabilities to better match excel , word and PowerPoint .

Notion is the HQ and hearth of a company.
You find all you need to get onboarded , it's your knowledge hub on projects, teams, and the org.
For smaller companies it can even be used for task management susbstituting a range of tools like the atlasian suite
