very good experience but some key feature is still missing

What do you dislike about the product?
1. the mobile navigation for the "board view" is not practical.
2.I would like to have more events detectable in the Notion API like for example a category change ( in progress -> in review )
I coded my own python bot that every 5 seconds scans the notion page and see if a ticket has changed category to send a notification to all concerned employees.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in Notion, project tracking, documentation and meeting notes are centralized in the same application.
My team got used to Notion very easily.

A one stop shop source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows all relevant information to be grouped together on one page. The information can be interactive, wether it is by embedding existing links and documents or even images and videos and highly personalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, we cannot embed a specific Google slide. This means that when you embed a document, you will have to instruct the viewer to go to that specific slide or else, they could click on the hyperlink. This is probably my only pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, Notion is wonderful for standardizing access to information in certain workplaces like mine. In addition, the search tool simplifies the time spent searching for said information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion contains different ways to visualize the information you want to organize inside of it. This allows me to create lists, budgets, and information warehouses that help me organize my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion uses "blocks", which means everything is square. I'd like for at least images to be able to be made circular or rounded. Also, being able to change text positions would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for both work and personal life. I'm a very messy person with a busy life, so I love using Notion to keep track of tasks and events, as well as budgeting.
We consolidated from Trello & Monday.com to Notion and haven't looked back.
What do you like best about the product?
The most powerful thing about Notion is that you can pretty much do anything with it. We were able to consolidate Marketing, Customer success and the engineering team onto one platform using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to have sequential numbering in a database to use as an ID.
No native way to create graphs for reporting.
Unable to choose which events or actions trigger a Slack notification. We have had to use a 3rd party application to manage this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had multiple systems which had to be connected by applications like Zapier etc. Now we are able to manage everything in one platform, which increases productivity.
Notion - the best knowledgebase platform I used
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the design as well as the many options to create content. Text, files, links and databases - I can do anything I wish to do in order to maximize my use on Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not integrated with everything I wish it integrated with. Also I wish it notified me on email on reminders I want it to remind me of.

Very complete thus take a lot of time to learn how to use it

The versatility of the tool and the fact it works in so many different situations is one of my favourite things about Notion!
There are constant updates and improvements to the site which makes it even better to use.
A genuinely excellent tool that we use across our entire team for a range of different projects and campaigns. Certainly my favourite productivity tool!

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to set up, but once you have set it up, it pretty much runs itself!
Learning Notion has been difficult for some team members but with a little bit of help and some Notion tutorials, the team have been able to get to grips with the platform fairly quickly :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking campaigns and projects has been transformed by Notion! It's a great tool for seeing everything at a glance, as well as being able to focus in on the specifics. As a team, we have a really clear understanding of where projects are at, what tasks need to be completed, who is at capacity and who can take on some more tasks. This is something we haven't had before!
A fresh look on database organization.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion in my current company, and it's the most intuitive database tool I've ever seen. Notion helps our team organize work and projects and it is great for brainstorming new ideas as well. There are so many different uses to it, I have only explored a small part of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of pages that are created can be a tricky thing if teams don't know exactly how to track and organize them. At least Notion is creating new ways to organize groups and pages. One thing I don't like is the fact that some changes are sort of "imposed" like the new default split screen view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me brainstorm and keep track of new ideas. It also helps my team keep our database organized and easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of navigation makes using the software really easy. The speed with which I can build structure and build on information is a valuable attribute. The endlessness of my ability to create pages and store and share information is meaningful to me. I also like the ability to customize with emojis for expression and, again, that navigation aspect. Lastly, I have found the Chrome plug-in very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not dabbled in the formulas capability as I do not intuitively understand how to build with it. Then again, I haven't had much need for calculations or macro-like functionality. I do not even use the template features. Still, that's one unintuitive factor of the software to call out as a Dislike. It would be great if the software worked with me 'old' iPhone 6. Maybe that's a sign I need to replace the hardware - definitely not the software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge warehousing is important to me. Doing so in a database is unimportant; rather, collecting information and resources into sections and by categories helps me mentor others, store my own archives, and draft prose.
I've known about Notion for a while but I only just finally "got it"!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is so simple to use and its possibilities are almost endless. I love that you can create as many documents as you like and quickly and easily style them and add to them. I love that you can use the different pages in multiple different ways, either as a journal, or to take notes, or as a repository for documentation about different workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if the free version offered a bit more features for collaboration, but I guess it's well worth it to just get the paid version if you're going to be using it with a team to collaborate on any conceivable project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me by being a quick and simple place that's accessible anywhere that I can use to track whatever I want, whether that's documentation for software that I use, or journal entries so I can see what I've done on a particular day.
