Notion is the central Hub for all my work
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage documents much more quickly than with Google-Docs files and Sheets.
Connecting different services makes the system extremely powerful and lets me achieve almost everything.
The flexibility of Notion sometimes feels overwhelming, but once you get used to it it opens up all possibilites

What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a good suggestion mode for texts. This is the only reason why sometimes Google-Docs is still part of my work.
Reviewing documents in Notion requires comments and a lot of copy-paste. A easy suggest mode would be all I need :)

Full knowledge base, internally and externally for my team.
Long term and short term knowledge pieces are here and will never get lost.

What do you like best about the product?
The best is the flexibility of the tool! What I like is that I can start, build pages, without any idea of the structure or hierarchy. Then you can do anything you want, organize your content. And Notion is connected to all the most popular tools of the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it took a certain time to understand the logic of Notion, how to start with it. But after some trials and maybe particularly one good use case, I finally started to work on it and now I work on it with my teamates.

My Notion Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The easiest note taking app. I have an OCD and tidyness is very important to me. I can tidy and categorize my notes with notion very easily. I can share them, I can use APIs for the automation. They are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Columns came late but it is needed. I am having little struggle between databases and tables. I also want to create formulas for over pages. I want to get that data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, we collect everything in notion. Meeting notes, scrum even we create our own CRMs to manage our bussiness better. APIs are really cool but they must be developed

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is more than what it claims i.e., a docs platform. You can organize your entire business and even your life in Notion. It gives you the space to create your own unique dashboards and processes. I use it to journal, maintain my client projects pipeline and goals and conduct sprints with my accountability partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is still not available to use offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a goldfish memory and using Notion has really powered my organization bug. It works great on the phone, so I can use it on the go. With journaling and habit tracking, it has helped me stick to my habits and recover from a pit of bad mental health.

Integration of AI into PRDs, documents, tasks have optimised a lot on time to complete and more to near perfection. Blends best of AI into your workflows

No major dislikes yet. Notion suits perfect for small to large teams especially for hardware companies which requires strong product management tools

What do you like best about the product?
The notion is not just an ordinary note-taking platform. It has some incredible features that we want like scheduling tasks, email notifications, customizing and sharing pages, collaboration, etc. Notion has been keeping track of the requirements of its user and making sure they add them in their updates. It is best to note down everything you want, from simple note-taking to complex databases. You can build anything and everything and the ability to customize and share it with a collaborative touch makes it one of the best platforms for note taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major thing I believe notion should add is drawing on the pages. We cannot draw or annotate anything on the pages. It is just typing. You cannot customize the page much, there's no way to change the color of the page. Also, it would have been great if the web URL could have started with our username so that we could convert it to our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has increased productivity and helped cut down time with its awesome features that help in note-taking. Also its integration with Slack and features like import and export make it easier to work with your content and manage it properly. Also, its price is decent and it is worth the features you get.

Without our knowledge, Notion set up a function where anyone we shared a 'guest' link with automatically was prompted to create an account for which we were billed at full price. All our pages were public anyway, so creating an account didnt reap any additional benefits. Nevertheless, we were charged for all these users. Resulting in an enormous bill.
When contacting support, they didn't want to help. And referred to their policy of not refunding after 3 days from the billing cycle.
If you choose to use this service, be very very cautious about what they bill.

What do you like best about the product?
Just to name a few of the incredible features of this app that I use on a daily basis, it's awesome to be able to ideate in the moment and document my thoughts and ideas in real-time through typing and dictation. It's also wonderful to be able to link to other pages, podcasts, and videos as well as upload photographs and access an image library.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently lack the option to conduct word searches within the uploaded notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
very customizable, with a variety of commands and formats. There are templates available, and setup is simple. I use this to keep track of notes for each of my clients, save login links, and access my favourite Google Docs. I could decide which folders I wanted to share with my team and which I wanted to keep private.

Extremely useful in my day. I can organize my demands, create task lists, team onboarding, team projects documentation page. I can center everything on it. Very simple to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are not that vast. Many are repeated, changing only the names. But in general it works fine for me. I'm a big advocate of using Notion for all our activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me from the to-do list, journaling, hiring process and even our project documentation. In an easy way, we were able to assemble our pages and share them with whoever we need. Everything centralized in the same place makes it much easier for me to organize.

Notion allows me to organize in a way that replicates how my brain works. i love the ability to relate database to database all while it's laid out in a customized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike how unfriendly it is with automation integration within other systems that Notion doesn't do - emails, crms, G Suites. Embedding links and all is fine but allowing a deeper integration is important.

Notion is a perfect setup to let me lay out my thoughts, to-dos, projects, notes & every other miscellaneous notion (lol see what I did there) - all in a way that actually makes sense.
