A software which helps you to do multiple activities under one roof.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very useful for takeing meeting notes, create to-do lists, and plan my daily work on marketing projects. I think it's one of the wonderfully tidy and simple to use. I've only been using it for a week, but I already know I am going to be switching to paid vision. Notion is amazingly flexible to use. The best part is that I can share my notes and docs to anyone and I can also monitor what access they must have. For a missy people like me this tool is god saver as it maintain and organize everything at one place and the work which we do also looks need and clean. UI /UX design of the software is amazing, and the app and website version both work increbility amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
With notion I only dislike one thing which bothers me at the start and also sometimes know that is I find it challenging to navigate the tools and some amazing features it provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to maintain numerous meeting notes in one place, it helps me to keep the track of the work have have to do, which I am doing and which I have already completed, It helps me to prepare organisation notes which I have to share with entire organisation, It helps me to prioritize my work and mentain the record which needs to be done first and which at last and its the main reason to use notion is that it not time consumpting it helps me to do things in 5-10 mins which is amazing compared to other software out their.

What do you like best about the product?
I started to use Notion for my abstracts during I studied. It is really useful for that. Every day I discovered new features, that I wanted to use right now in practice. Text styles, lists, checklists, toggles, and quotes are designed so simply and esthetic that they don’t need to guide or explain. Even have only these features you can work with your ideas, doc, abstracts, notes, etc.
However, Notion is not only those features that I have described. In that wonderful moment when I discovered the databases its changed my mind about that a simple and pretty “notebook”. My image of this product has been changing every day when I recognized a new feature combination and how that helps me with my work and private life. Notion helped me understand how databases work, especially CRM systems, etc., and evermore complex systems.
It has been 3 years since I become a Notion-adept and evangelist. There are no days when I don’t use Notion for checking something or noting (even this review I write in Notion right now). It can sound a little sentimental or even nonsense but I don’t imagine a day without this tool. For me, it is a helper, friend, and advisor right now and every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing that I unlike in Notion. It has not fast and easy to use an app on smartphones. I see that Notion’s engineer and product team do their best they can to improve an app's speed and usability, but unfortunately, it is still slow and hard to use while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with my work as a task management, documentation, and road mapping tool. For more, I use Notion for tracking time, meeting notes, writing every idea, etc. Same things I use for my private life and more for building private OKRs and as a diary.

I like the best databases that can be linked in several pages.
Also the possibility to filter the databases, and make different kind of view with the same data.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacks (for my needs) the possibly to do a planning (kind of Gantt chart). Timeline is approaching to what I need but what I would is to have a line per person with several cards in the line, spread out through days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having some notes (either for a project's task at work, or some learning on personal side) well organized. Have different views about it. And be able to share it !

A simple premise of connected databases elevated to templates, sophisticated structures and a bustling community giving notion and it's user more value with every block created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delta of where they want to be and what they promote - the switch from being compared to Notetaking Product and fully committing to the database pitch is implied from the notion -but not explicit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That not only can I create a working system for me, but for my teams, and the rules and frameworks are built with us in mind. No tool allows for this - the ability to replicate nearly every other business process or integrate it - while having control over each block and page and making it presentable!
Next to that their approach of working with templates is something that will create much more traction the more people get the idea!

Weird bugs but overall a simple, good, experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity to use. You can just duplicate pages and even without reading through FAQs most of the page creation is relatively intuitive. The support, overall, is good as well
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the support hasn't been great. Switching between different agents for the same problem where I have to reiterate my problem. Also at times things that should be simple seem to be confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a centralised location for our company procedures, rules and policies that anyone in the team can access. It also provides us with a place we can add details for each of our clients to access.
The most customisable CRM there is!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a fully customisable platform, like a spreadsheet & Word Doc combined, with additional functionality. My agency runs in different ways between project-based tasks, and retainer-based repeatable tasks and finding a Project Management system that works for both has always been difficult. Notion is by far the best system to suit all ways of operating. It is also a great CRM, so I have been able to move everything into 1 platform, streamlining everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont dislike anything about Notion. I suppose the hard part is the fact that there is so much freedom, you really need to think about what you want when building it out, which can be a bit time-consuming, but still well worth it for the flexibility.

Notion solves the problem of multiple different working methodologies, with its flexibility, you can set it up to suit any workflow. It is now easier to manage the workflow from every department and every management level.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very good tool, you can create workflows with many automations, is possible to make an integration with others tools, set a incredible internal wiki and functional. And still a lot of possibilities, because notion is incredible tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
A problem for me, is this part of integration to generate notification in other tools (example: discord). Because today, its only possible create a external notification when a new card create in database, if i can generate notification when card is moved on the board, that would be very good.

The main solutions for me, are possible to management tasks of team and to create a centralized knowledge base of enterprise. And internal notifications is very good too, because that help team with comunication.
Notion has become an essential organizational tool in my personal and professional life.

I appreciate the format of the personalization widgets. The coding-style features allow me to create any kind of page I might need for work or for school.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subpages can become disorganized pretty quickly if you aren't careful. It can get slightly confusing when a subpage is linked on a main page.

Notion allows me to add media from various sources in one place so that I can access it all on the same page. I have been able to improve my productivity and expand my creative ideas thanks to Notion!

What do you like best about the product?
The way Notion approaches data and databases is a game changer. I can solve a problem very quickly when it comes to tracking and managing information—and best of all—I can link related information together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is super powerful and it's easy to get lost in perfecting your workflow and your dashboard. I do wish there were a few more styling options, as I'm very visually oriented.

Notion has replaced the industry-specific software I was using by being more flexible and more customizable. I've been able to onboard my agents super quickly and for far less of a financial investment.
Great for managing Customer Success team
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful about Notion for a startup like ours, where Customer Success is at the core of our business, is that it enables us to note everything about our CS operations and more importantly everything about our customers, and to structure all the information so we can pull it quickly when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see a better task management system, especially in terms of task-subtask relationships so we would be able to break down tasks into subtasks and assign them to a specific person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping us solve the knowledge management problem and with that we can note, structure and find information much quicker which eventually enables us to respond to our customers much quicker and with the right information.
