Decent experience on native Android, but does not work well with hybrid apps such as Android/Flutter

What do you like best about the product?
Having a video recording of a user's session makes it much easier to identify, reproduce and debug problems in the app compared to simple analytics event logging.
It helps analyse and identify drop-off points within the app's flow and makes flow optimisation much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
We initially started using UserExperior in our native Android app, which seemed to work fine. But with time, we have begun transitioning into a Flutter-Android hybrid app, which is when UserExperior appears to break. On moving from a Flutter screen to an Android screen (and vice-versa), the recording fails and shows a black screen instead.
Apart from this, there are times when several user session recording links appear to be broken URLs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserExperior has expedited the process of identifying, reproducing and debugging bugs within the app, which helps us serve a better user experience. It has also helped identify drop-off points within the user flow and has helped us rework and optimise these points, thus increasing our user funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
Video recordings, which give better insight wrt the customer's experience.
Its easier to find issues and help users. Also we can check and guide users if user is facing issues wrt to app navigation or is suck at some flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Both native and flutter support is not available. Our app has both flutter and native and it keeps switching. Need support for this.
Also BE can't post events which I feel should be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Found users behaviour and optimized the flow wrt to that.
We found how users were facing problems in uploading a file and fixed the UX writing wrt to that.
Its a better way rather than asking user please share screenshot.

What do you like best about the product?
UserExperior is highly regarded for its valuable features that help businesses improve their mobile apps' user experience. Users appreciate its in-depth insights into user behavior, session replay, heatmaps, touch heatmaps, crash analytics, funnel analysis, and real-time monitoring. These features enable businesses to identify user pain points, optimize conversion funnels, resolve crashes, and enhance overall app performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all recordings are available
No search functionality- like if you want to search session recording from 100 uniqie ids, you need to search one by one rather than any one of those 100
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amazing product for customer support

What do you like best about the product?
DevRev helps us immensely in handling our customer support queries right from the point of getting it from the customer to the point of managing the request and executing on it. The experience is seamless and they way it stitches the whole experience helping tech teams and revenue teams come together around customer requests is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have a mobile app to increase the productivity of the team. Everything else is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Devrev provides us much -needed structure and proper workflows to connect all our user queries with the development effort. It ensures that the whole team is customer focused in all their efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration, big thanks especially for the Amplitude integration: very handy 🙏🏻
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where I feel the product could improve is in its web UI. While functional, it could be more visually appealing and user-friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been utilizing UserExperior for some time now and it has become an essential tool for our team. The software's ability to quickly identify and fix broken digital experiences has greatly improved our process.
Moreover, the detailed understanding it provides of our customers' online behavior has been incredibly beneficial in tailoring our app to better serve them. The platform is user-friendly and seamlessly integrates with our existing systems.
Overall, I highly recommend UserExperior to any company looking to enhance their digital customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
1. A comprehensive view of user activity - really helpful in understanding usage patterns.
2. Can add our own events and create funnels, paths, etc.
3. Heatmaps help understand UI/UX issues and alternate methods used by users to figure out a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Need better accessibility to create rules to customize user cohorts we wish to record for.
2. Option to customize the dashboard so that team can see which metrics are important to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is Heat Maps & Users Recording
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard seems a bit confusing sometimes, also the small functionality of navigation from one page to another also seems an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As driving a digital product we sometimes lag in seeing how exactly users are performing on what we have made. Now post using this tool we can see what exactly the user is doing on the app & that helps us in making the UI/UX of the app more crisp & easy for the user to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Session replay, heatmap, and user journey analysis are easy to use. We can easily find erratic user interactions and learn how to improve the app experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any major issues while using UserExperior yet.

We use it for UX research and analysis to improve the app design. It has helped in taking objective and informed decisions when it comes to making changes to the design.

What do you like best about the product?
With unreliable user surveys and feedback ratings, our UX analysis was in the stone age. UserExperior could help us modernize with UserExperior features like session replay, heatmaps, and journey analysis.

Nothing much. I really appreciate the product they have built.
