Transforms Phishing Defense with Ease and Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
Because we are a target from nation-state bad actors, we appreciate how Abnormal AI works extremely well and has had a tremendous impact on plugging our phishing vulnerability, saving the security team countless hours per week. The product gives us visibility into sophisticated phishing campaigns that previously we would at times discover too late. We truly appreciate the top-notch sales and support teams and how little we have to do in this area now that Abnormal AI is in the loop. The Email Productivity and Phishing Simulation modules are beneficial as they help reduce spam and educate our users, respectively. The setup was extremely easy; the wizard approach guides you, and the Abnormal AI team provides great support, getting us up and running in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We hear that the phishing training videos will be augmented with additional content. Right now, they are a little weak in this area, but we liked the main product so well, that we opted to proceed with Abnormal trusting that they will quickly round out this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Abnormal AI significantly reduces sophisticated phishing vulnerabilities and saves our security team countless hours weekly. It enhances email productivity by reducing spam and uses phishing simulations to educate users.
Exceptional Email Threat Protection with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Abnormal AI is simple and does exactly what it said it would do. I find the protection and the Admin tools valuable, as well as the ease of management. I also appreciate the feedback we can provide to users to improve their security knowledge. The initial setup was very simple.

Abnormal AI protects against email threats, stopping high-risk and sophisticated threats that traditional protection misses.

I like Abnormal AI for its ease of use, easy setup, and easy-to-read results.

Would be cool to have a direct reporting icon in outlook
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Abnormal AI to stop suspicious emails like phishing and BEC, and it informs our users about what to look for in suspicious emails.
Effective Defense Against Phishing and Account Takeovers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Abnormal AI helped us with account takeovers, allowing us to see them and automatically stop them to secure user accounts. It's also great at helping us with spam, junk, and gray mail. I appreciate that it monitors account logins and takes security measures if it detects anything abnormal, like locking the user account and alerting the admins, which allows us to remediate it automatically. The initial setup was very easy, and every time we've added a feature, it's been super easy. The support has been great with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI reading of the emails sometimes has small issues, but very, very, very rarely. Otherwise, it's perfect the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Abnormal AI stops phishing attempts and account takeovers, securing user accounts. It helps with spam, junk, and gray mail. It monitors logins, locks suspicious accounts, alerts admins, and allows automatic remediation by having users change passwords to secure accounts.

It focuses on how people communicate, not just what emails contain. Detects attacks such as Sophisticated phishing, Social engineering and

Reports missed phishing emails and false negatives. Some attacks only get caught after users report them, not proactively (real-world feedback).

Most organizations treat Email security and/or Identity/security (logins, accounts) as separate systems. however Attackers can still exploit that gap when Compromise account then sends legitimate-looking emails then may request money/data.

Enhanced Email Security, But Needs AI Coach Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that since adding Abnormal AI to our setup, we've seen a drastic reduction in phishing emails, credential theft, and malicious team messages. Before, we were inundated with phishing emails bypassing our old email security, but Abnormal AI significantly reduces those threats. I appreciate that it provides an additional layer of email security and automatically manages phishing and promotional emails, boosting our team's productivity. The initial setup was also very easy—an Abnormal AI engineer guided us through it, and we managed to complete 90% of the configuration in just a one-hour meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI Phishing Coach module is still premature and needs improvement for enterprise-level use. The audio of the AI lady, Jess, in the module doesn't synchronize. Her head was cut at some parts of the video, clearly showing it's an AI-generated video and voice. It needs a bit more realistic appearance and voice.

Abnormal AI provides additional email security, automatically removes phishing emails, and increases productivity by sorting promotional emails. It has drastically reduced phishing emails, credential theft, and malicious messages, which previously bypassed our email security.
Automated Email Monitoring That Reliably Flags and Remediates Abusive Emails
What do you like best about the product?
It has automated my email monitoring process. I rely on it to identify abusive emails and automatically remediate them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more built-in role-based management levels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were receiving a lot of email spoofing attempts and email scams. Since implementing Abnormal AI, those threats have been stopped before they ever reach or affect our end users.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Abnormal AI easy to use, which is great for email and account protection. It's simple to get reports and remediate any issues. The buttons do what they say, and the support is straightforward to use if there are any issues. Everything works just as you would expect, and the initial setup was very easy, taking only 5 minutes.

Abnormal AI bridges the security gap in Office 365, safeguarding emails from malware. It gives us peace of mind by detecting account takeovers.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to get started, we were up and running within 5 minutes. We are able to protect multiple tenants across multiple platforms with ease. After the learning period, false positives are very minimal

There's nothing I've come across so far that I dislike about the product

Abnormal AI is helping me to secure email across multiple platforms and multiple languages, extremely effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It may be the only software we have ever implemented that did not cause disruption. So easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. A simple email to let users understand they have a promotion inbox that they can easily train by dragging and dropping.
