One Stop for all you Single Sign on Needs for B2B, B2E and B2C use case
What do you like best about the product?
Extensive documentation through their website. Great support and the product has many ready-made plug and play capability that help you configure it to your organizational needs. Its ability to cater to a variety of use cases is helpful. One of the use cases we deployed this was to set it up as a federated identity server so the internal product doesn't have to individually connect to external IDPs but can allow it to be centralized in WSO2 IS. WSO2 automatically handles different SSO protocols between SP and WSO2 versus WSO2 and IDP

We have an on-premise solution and so the security updates, system updates and maintenance require some dedicated support both from the internal team as well as WSO2 support. The product UI is not intuitive and so needs some getting used to, however, this is more for administration and configuration. What the end-user sees is good

Also when the growth of the business, the deployments need to be scaled. The infrastructure-independent deployment options come in handy in this case.
