Power tool that goes beyond logs, with great support
What do you like best about the product?
We're a startup with a minimal budget for ops, running on Heroku. Coralogix enables us to stay on top of our application observability with ease. We love the powerful search, and ability to set up fine-grained alerts. As a security-conscious SaaS, we rely on its anomaly detection to distinguish signal from noise. The Events2Metrics feature is a great addition that gives us some baseline Grafana visualisations that we can't get from Heroku (e.g. database load). We appreciated having built-in templates for parsing Heroku metrics logs.
Whenever we dealt with Coralogix support, they were exceptionally quick to respond, and helped us through some fairly complex issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
The logs grouping is a bit limited, but as long as you remember it's not a SQL database you can achieve most observability outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our one-stop-shop for diagnosing errors across requests, detecting patterns and anomalies arising from logs, and staying on top of noisy logs to ensure our application stays healthy and secure.

Coralogix is a helpful and user-friendly tool. GUI is excellent and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whatever the application uses that we had, couldn't identify any drawback.

It gives us all the information to analyze alerts deeply and find valuable solutions.

user-friendly, easy to understand and simple to use. Instrumentation is also easy.

log parsing with regex felt little complex in the beginning,

For Developers, it's easy to use, and SSO integration is done, so all the developers can monitor the services.

Coralogix is a good platform for log analysis and monitoring of the application as well as features like release tags help a lot

The ability to get support is unmatched.

Managing the parsing rules, although the support team is always ready to help the customers 24x7. Which don't make it a big issue.

- It enables our teams to integrate various services in a single platform making us easier to maintain our logs.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is super helpful, quick to answer and help us improve our processes. Our customer success management team is always open to feature requests, even ones that are hard to achieve, new use cases to be added, etc.

Monitoring features are still not at the maturity level we would like.

Great solution for viewing logs and creating visualizations, in a way that's easy for both the technical and non-technical teams to use, so we can enable users.

- Simplicity - log ingestion is super simple and hassle-free
- Can setup powerful analysis using the most simple and user friendly queries.
- Dashboarding - it supports Kibana, Grafana, so it'll let you use the dashboard you usually love.
- Support: This is one of the best aspect, their support is top notch, super quick and super skilled. I have not seen any of my support request active for more than 15-20 mins, even in the odd hours.
- Can setup powerful analysis using the most simple and user friendly queries.
- Dashboarding - it supports Kibana, Grafana, so it'll let you use the dashboard you usually love.

- Search speed could improve, some tweaks to the index & cluster settings should help.

There are some limitations of Coralogix versus Elasticsearch that need to be considered before migrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Elasticsearch is very complex. Coralogx basically abstracts all of that for you
You can enable users without deep knowledge of Elasticsearch to set up their parsing and enrichment without involving an expert

Coralogix is a lightweight and easy-to-use SIEM & log monitoring solution.
Their customer support is fast and professional.
It looks like the technical team invested in the onboarding phase to make it self-managed without needing costly vendor support and lengthy implementation.
