Coralogix Platform Review
What do you like best about the product?
Abundance of raw metric data to utilise. Efficient querying. Effective customer support feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delay in logs and metric evaluation. Slow querying for larger data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform enables us to see container and node level metrics. This helps in understanding the spike in response time or latency even when the external services metrics or dependencies are normal.
Reliable observability platform with quick support
What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix provides excellent monitoring and alerting capabilities. The integration with Slack and PagerDuty ensures we never miss critical issues. The best part is the quick and responsive support from the Coralogix team over chat — issues get resolved almost instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Currently, it’s difficult to bulk edit alerts (for example, adding or removing a label across multiple alerts at once). Having this feature would make managing large alert sets much more efficient.
2. Sometimes it takes time to reload page, looks like it hanged.
3. More features needed in Alerts section.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Coralogix to monitor databases, Kafka, cache performance, and API errors across our services. It has improved real-time visibility, reduced incident resolution time, and helped us detect anomalies proactively. The dashboards give us actionable insights and the alerting system has made our operations much more reliable.
Coralogix Game Changer Logging Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked using the coralogix because it was very easy to find the releavant logs by putting some easy query and it has got pagerduty integration also as well. Whenever there was any issue it was easy to contact them and they shared a fair response. It was easy to implement, I used very frequently to debug whenever I had any live issue or pd alert.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it was keeping the duplicate logs and it was redundant and using double tokens for some service, we couldn't find why exactly it was happening, otherwise rest was good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing centralized logging system which make easy to debug any issue when there are a lot of microservices and it is having pagerduty support too, which enables to get alert whenever something is breaking. Otherwise we need to go to logs in k8s pods and setup other system to preserve the logs and keep them centralized.
Great Observability suite, but can be the best!

User Sessions and Web Vitals helped us in UX insights and UI Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Coralogix for last 6 Months. We are using RUM, user sessions and web vitals in our multi page react application. RUM has helped us in understanding real time user behaviour and experience.
By far this is my favourite part of Coralogix.

What do you dislike about the product?
I still have to find any issue with Coralogix. They even have features I didn't knew I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a very long user onboarding journey spanning over 10+ screens with various logics and conditions. We were having a hard time in investing where and why are users dropping off. Are these tech issues or UX issues or any other reasons behind this.
Then we integrated Coralogix RUM into our app, now we can see real time videos of users interacting with our app. We identified multiple UX issues, a few implementation issues, a production bugs through this. We are also using these insights to make our app faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI, though generally intuitive, can feel a bit cluttered at times, especially for new users.

The automated insights and anomaly detection save us hours of manual analysis.
It is a new and upcoming siem but has the potential to become next big thing.
What do you like best about the product?
Its detection capability, integration options, outbound webhook, contextual data, Background queries, parsing rules etc etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Management of platform is very time consuming.
automation is not there.
if we want to map 120 alerts to new subsystem there is no one click option. have to do it manually.
Their alerts in the extension pack is very broad. once we onboard the extension alerts, we finetune it and in the next update of the extension remove all the finetune we have done in the search query.
