What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is one of the easy tool, very user friendly tool, easy to implement the dashboard and plot the stats.
i am very happy with Customer support, they have proper team to help in.
We can use Coralogix to debug issue, check service or resource tags . I and my team use this every day.
We can also integrate the alert with other tools to get notify.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in Coralogix. Most of admin related features are available in tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as admin we need to monitor the infra health and coralogix is having support for Grafana with help of it we can monitor memory and CPU

First time it was difficult to understand, but now all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to integrate with other apps, this give more flexibility.
Easy log monitoring and alerting
What do you like best about the product?
The logs monitoring is so easy to check and figure out if there is any issue related to specific subsystem.
Even if i want to check live logs of any service, i can easily check those without waiting for minutes.
Even if i get stuck on anything, i can directly use the customer support to get the issue resolved and trust me, i have got a really quick help to resolve my queries.
lastly, we can easily integrate the things to create alerts or check grafana dashboards hence, keeping everything at one place increases the frequency of using it more often.

Initially, it was difficult to understand the UI and how things works due to immense features but as i start working on those, it gets more easier and interesting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised monitoring system, quick help from its customer support and its documentation is absolutely helping.
Another thing is its integration with huge number of other services, we can easily integrate the alerts with pagerduty, slack or gmail hence, i don't need to login to multiple system to check logs, monitor and check alerts. I can do it by simply logging into Coralogix account.
Another best thing is, it monitors application performance, so could proactively monitor the health of our systems and avoid the cloud down scenarios.
lastly, it is also integrated with Grafana so that we can monitor the cpu/memory utilization of the application along with the logs monitoring at one place

I like more about the alert management and the Log management were we can perform the management of the specific services and analyze at very deep level which helps in the Production Deployment as well as staging which is very helpful.

UI is little bit difficult to understand for the beginner if there will be the catalogue which will get to follow that will be great help

We use daily logging and monitoring for this purpose. Coralogix is very helpful for logging, monitoring infra, Application logs, setting alerts, and ease of integration with Infrastructure. As per my experience, it is easy to integrate and implement.
Also, the Coralogix support team will always be there if there are issues.

User API is not there; every time login to coralogix and create/delete operation need to perform.

What do you like best about the product?
Coraloix is more helpful to troubleshoot application issue. Useful to identify the issue and check logs, API Response and Metric stats related to application at same place.
