What do you like best about the product?
I use Perplexity on a daily basis whenever I need quick information without hopping across multiple websites. It solves the problem of summarising large, varied sources of information into one place, which saves me time. I also like that it provides answers backed by the sources they come from, because that adds depth and builds confidence. Having answers supported by sources helps me trust the information while still being able to verify it when needed. The initial setup was smooth and easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it feels too repetitive and provides more deeper info than required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Perplexity to get quick information without opening multiple tabs. It summarizes large and varied sources into one, saving me time and effort.

I appreciate the free year provided by PayPal, which makes using Perplexity more accessible. Sometimes referrals don't really work good. If there's no good reference for a section or a line, I believe it is better to just drop it.

As with all LLMs, there is a real need to check the bias and sycophancy in responses.
