Kore.ai XO platform review
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has totally no code environment which is pretty comprehensive for any beginner with no code knowledge. The interface is really cool and smooth to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the portal gets hanged and the website doesn't work properly if we click the "Previous Page" button in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the process of creating excellent VAs 100x faster and better by integrating AI tools like OpenAI.
Kore.AI simplified the complexities that would occur when creating a chatbot.
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and very easy to create the chat bot. Lot of integeration options and features to train it with are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be to provide a little more clarity on the training and the inference section as scrolling through the json output in order to identify the exact reason as to why that intent was picked up was little tedious and the graphical insite is not as detailed as the json format in the utterance test case.

It easier to design the narrative for a chatbot and control the conversation flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI helps us to create chatbot easily without writing any code. It has drag and drop features which makes chatbot creation process very easy and also provide support of external service integration which makes it good chatbot creation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything dislike about that but it may take some time to understand entire features and portal.
