The best aspect is its low-code/no-code interface, which allows both technical and non-technical users to build intelligent virtual assistants efficiently. The platform supports omnichannel deployment, advanced NLP capabilities, and integrations with major enterprise systems (like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams), making it highly versatile.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Kore.AI is a powerful platform, it does come with a few drawbacks. The most notable is its steep learning curve—especially for users who are new to conversational AI or enterprise-level platforms. Despite offering a low-code interface, mastering the full feature set (like advanced NLP configurations, custom integrations, and conversation flows) can take time and often requires technical expertise.

    I really like how Kore.AI provides a precise function in the AI contact center, which replicates the work of a real call center agent step by step. Also, the platform is very user-friendly. We switched from using Genesys to Kore.AI because of its advanced features.

    3 - The recorded sessions are helpful

    6- the trial days are reset with each new application

    1- in the platform, I can't delete the unused components that I created by mistake or no longer used, such as: node, message, entity ...etc.

The powerful NLU ensures accurate understanding of user intent, while the flexible low-code platform makes it easy to build, scale, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational bots quickly with minimal development effort. It also automates support and workflows across channels while seamlessly integrating with enterprise systems. Moreover, using Kore.AI alongside CRM systems, ticketing tools, and internal workflows enhances real-time conversational experiences.

    Some advanced features have a learning curve for new users, and the documentation should be more transparent and detailed to make onboarding and planning easier. Advanced features would be easier to use with more detailed, use case-driven documentation, clearer examples, and stronger in-product guidance for complex workflows and integration.
