What do you like best about the product?
All features like NLP, Entity Exraction, Actions, Customization which required to build exceptional chatbot in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its quite difficult to manage on local environment. Can not use it offline.

Kore XO Platform provides a very extensive way to deply smart bots into different channel carrying the same experience in all of them. The tools are simple and is a friendly approaching to new conversational agents. Deploying the bot in this channels just need a couple of clicks and let you communicate through whatsapp, web channel, and other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe documentation could have more friendly examples, videos or guides of using some components.

Kore lets me automate processes for different customers and requirements

The way it was developed is easy to use, easy to implement, and easy to integrate.

The complexity of the work. If you miss, you won't get to know where the error is!

Reducing the use of the website. Since we can integrate with Telegram or WhatsApp, and many more. We can ask the bot to book tickets with comparison.

It gives you access to create and publish your chat bot by creating it from the platform, you can test and learn. They have a community that has been growing, where there are some frequently asked questions that can be consulted.

Sometimes you can get lost in the documentation because there is a lot of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to create conversations in a simple way, as it is low code it allows you to focus more on solving the rest of the technical problems and Kore takes care of the conversational part.

I Like having entire planning, development, testing and publishing as sequence in tool, which helped to go in order.

Kore.ai has few bugs in developing dialog tasks.

Works only with Javascript. Concepts that Kore.AI is built on is easy, but we need to familiarize ourselves to the concepts.
