Interesting user interface to build bots
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly and interesting and exciting experience to build the bots using Kore.AI
What do you dislike about the product?
The designs built are not saving properly. An option to save local copies should be provided. If any small change happens by mistake its disturbing the flow. I am still learning and exploring, may be I am not fully aware at the moment about all the functionalities. But overall its good exeprience working with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with useful business use cases and thus time saving by decreasing the manual effort and increasing the productivity which helps in the growth of the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to develop and run, training session was really great which is missing in other providers in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The community is not up to mark on answering questions on Voice bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting the legacy IVR experience to conversational dialog, ML part helping us to develop conversational IVR.

1. Kore.ai has Great Training session,We can easily learn the concept and covered all topics

Im a RPA developer , using Kore.ai we can get the end user response and we can automate the user inputs and we can provide the solutoion.

i had gone through the standard chatbot as a virtual assistand and i found it very good user interace and ease of use

User friendly interface to develop the chatbots and virtual assistansts with easy drag and drop features with less requirement of coding knowledge in javascript

As of now, I haven't faced any issues in the kore.ai platform in development of my chatbot (medical assistance) with most user friendly features of the platform

its ease of use, user interface, easy to understand the development stages for chatbot

as of now don't have any negative thing, but one thing i noticed while talking to my bot when bot giving me some option(a,b,c) to proceed so if i am giving only option like a it is not performing respective operation

It's very easy to understand the things in kore.ai, good to use ,
its human interactive not feeling like robatic bot. and best I like is travel assistant bot and i personally worked on it.

Basically very less. as I am beginner with the kore.ai I got some quries elongs to the bot. and this is not as much as AI kind of thing. we need to train the bot each time.

It's very intelligent. But we need to train the bot one time. it will gives the results with the virtual assistant as I worked with travel assistant for booking tickets for airways and cab and many with different use cases making user friendly.

as of now, I have not faced any issues related to the kore.ai in development of chatbots as it was easy to develop and deploy and integrate the chat bot with other applications

Building the chatbot was made easy with fewer lines of code and minimal knowledge of coding and easy to develop for javascript developer, I developed many chatbots which were useful in our organization
