What do you like best about the product?
Kore AI trainings & documentation are very detailed and easy to learn. Platform is very user friendly and anyone can easily create and deploy the bot after learning the basics. Enabling multiple languages and deploying into multiple channels are easier compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agent Escalation implementation could have been better.
Data tables do not support different data types other than String & Integer
Integration to external database is not allowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve the customer experience by automating customized responses to consumer intents. Reduce the conversation volume to agents.

It is a very easy-to-understand and easy-to-handle bot-building platform. With limited technical knowledge, one can create a reliable customized, robust bot. The drag-and-drop functionality and easy third-party integrations result in a significant development and testing environment. Faster than a traditional bot.

There is nothing much to dislike. But there is a thing that it takes too much time to understand every feature available on the Kore.AI platform.

The most fascinating thing about Kore.Ai provides a simple way of bot development. In Kore.Ai, you can work with enough knowledge to build a robust bot. Anyone can develop a bot by reading the basics of kore.ai.
Also, Kore.AI provides a very user-friendly UI to developers for bot building And offers a fast resolution.
