What do you like best about the product?
1-Less coding
2-Easy interface
3-Best AI platform to build super Chatbots, with multifunctions and universal bots.
4- The bot uses customer data for more accurate answering.
What do you dislike about the product?
So whenever we use any AI thing, there are pros and cons for Kore.AI there are cons, like login page could be perfect, and creating a Data table could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making complex chatbots is super easy and consumes less time without long coding, as compared to other platforms ,we only require to go step by step and the product chatbot will be super and easy to use.

The trainings are very detailed and very user friendly.

The training timings are not very flexible but the recorded videos really help with dealing with this issue.

Kore.AI helped me in exploring a new topic and learn about it in details to help with project support.

Easy to use kore.AI. very easy to use chat bot. Very easy to create a chat bot. I am very interesting to do that chat bot kore.AI. It Solve customer queries, any time, anywhere.its handle full conversation.

Automation using AI, NPL, KG, and in the Future, kore.ai is the best part of providing a solution.

only Javascript part is there and not much document on that one

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experience with kore.ai platform. Designing, testing, training, deploying, analyzing, and managing virtual assistants is easy. API integration is too good. It has multi-engine NLP support, which is easy to use. We can easily manage interruptions and all.

I have npo dislikings for this platform.

There are a few scenarios that might require to be further simplified in order to provide optimal user experience.

No code platforms are a must to resolve the issues with complex coding required to develop a chatbot.
