Very user friendly and Amazing to use
What do you like best about the product?
Platform gives you everything in one place like FAQ, Dialog Management can be done using same platform. Also provides notifications, webhooks ability, events configurations and tons of channels to integrate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes training of utterances takes more than 20 to 30 minutes of time. Sometimes Bot which are there in stores, does not work like content variables or env variables does not work. Kindly provide the manual with Bots those are in Stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai provides full fledge CHatbot implementation platform by giving hooks for live agent, botkit to write your own logic of intent identification. Secondly it gives both cloud and on-prem version of installations.
Smooth experience with Kore.ai XO
What do you like best about the product?
I have relatively recent experience with Kore.ai XO platform and can tell that it remains strong in the market as a leading vendor in the Conversational AI domain. From a technical perspective, the platform is solid. It offers lots of integrations or facilitates integrations with different services. It is open to extensions. It has powerful multi-engine NLP, which is relatively easy to use for non-experts in hard ML&NLP. Kore.ai platform has a long list of allowed communication channels to expose the bots in a required mode & customize them if needed. Developer experience is excellent, thanks to the smooth studio and extensive documentation. The vendor implements new features (like new monitoring functionality), which drives excitement. From my perspective, the “technical strength” of the platform stands out compared to other prominent vendors in ConvAI. Licensing and pricing offered by the platform are clear to the customers. The overall experience with Kore.ai is great, incl. the technical support, learning opportunities & the community forum.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform may have minor bugs. The developers could experience some irregularities during development (actions become inactive or not performing as expected, which requires a revert to older versions using a versioning system on rare occasions). Also, documentation needs more details on the internals of the platform to facilitate the dev experience. In general, potential painpoints points are mostly negligible compared to advantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai helps to facilitate communication with end users and to enable intelligent automation of services. It helps to resolve blockers in communication and make the experiences more effective.

The Kore.ai platform enables you to create chatbot with very little knowledge of coding. There's documentation of every step so it's easy to read and apply.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I do not feel like there are some points I do not like about kore.ai. I haven't used any similar platform so I'm not able to compare.

As compare to other conversational AI platform, i found scattered and difficult to understand, but Kore.ai is onestop solution where you find everything.

Identifying intents accurately, Batch testing helps to identify the ambiguities and failures, 3 larning models helps alot, debug section while testing is super where you can track everthing

It's going to be foundation for Meta verse with lot of unique capabilities when compared to external bot platforms. The Intent creation and management is the best part of all.

Still we need more business use cases on utilizing AI, ML Capabilitions solution to RPA automation and business needs. Like digital humans, contact centers tech stack
