It was Great.
What do you like best about the product?
kore.ai is an incredible tool for building the conversational flow with the design. Users can use the flowchart to create conversational flow. We can create a conversation bot without code. It has a handy and essential feature like dialog builder, which makes bot-building easy. Kore.ai has a fantastic UI; anyone can easily create and deploy the bot using the platform. It has excellent features like integration with the database, Conversation flows, and custom dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, but I would like to see some integration with the external databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some real-world problems are solved using Kore.ai, and it's benefiting me to learn more about bot development and conversational flow.

The kore.ai UI is so user friendly and can easily used by the developers for developing the bot and they have documented each every options of the application on how to use it.

I don't have any thing to dislike, as it is a good application for developing the bot and also have an excellent documentation related to the tech and easy to understand

It is providing a good platform for developing the bots related to any industry and hence any level developer can use the kore.ai for developing doesn't require high skilled or experienced dev

What do you like best about the product?
It's Interface I like the interface of kore.ai, the flow of making and we can see the developed bot and test it parallelly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about the product, But i would like to see more features like database integration with AWS, or Azure so that user can have the data on the cloud and in more secure place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves some real-world problems efficiently. Developer don't have to think much about the code, and it's working; Kore.ai handles the code and build the code which works in every scenario and situation

Kore.ai xo platform is one of the best code-free chatbot-building websites, and it is free for essential use, so it helps us to learn to build a chatbot without any coding knowledge

For building the chatbot, some of the topics in the documentation are not working correctly, like deploying the chatbot In WhatsApp

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is a UI based platform that allows you to spin up a chatbot quickly and deploy it easily on multiple channels. Using its conversation builder, you can build the Dialogflow using dialog messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being entirely web-based, sometimes one notices lags and a few bugs while developing, due to which some re-work needs to be done. This would be rectified if there was a way to develop a chatbot offline or save it on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chatbot requirements are increasing industry by industry, and Kore.ai is creating a platform to make these easy and deploy them on platforms like webpages, mobile apps and even social media channels.
Simple and powerful Developer Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's NLP engine, the design page which is as simple as drag and drop, the integrations available, the datatables, the slick UI which provides a great customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets intermittently logged out. So, sometimes even when I am in middle of work, I need to re-login. I wish if the need of logging in everytime is eliminated or is there when inactive for a very long duration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives a very self-explanatory platform to develop virtual assistants. I also liked the easy integrations available. So, it is solving the problems of development, integration and maintenance. It provides a very slick UI which is an essential factor in CX.

The user experience they provide for new users is totally awesome. The learning curve is not so steeper.

The suggestion that I would like to give is, the documentation can be more detailed regarding the custom templates as well as deployment in various platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is best platform to build and setup chatbots specially for enterprise. And my basic training also went smoothly where got to learn and understand well with trainers .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
All went well and the trainer also taught everything good and explained my doubts without hesitation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to make sample operations to do by system itself and can revert critical one to the human agent. It was easier to use when compared to other chatbot building platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating the bots in a simple and easy way, The NLU is also very good. API integration is very good. The dashboard is also very fine we can easily understand the dialogs and every other thing we have created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creations of multiple digital forms is very hard. If we need multiple forms we have to create from the scratch. The clone option is missing for the forms. Some times we are getting internal server error while deleting the bot its the main problem. If we attach multiple digital forms in a dialog task the forms are getting mismatched. Some documents are also outdated. We cannot find the options which are in that documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customers can interact the platform which is used by Kore AI in an easy manner. They can easily understand the conversation and also then can get there solution faster than other platforms.

The training sessions are very much useful for the freshers and there are many features that can be explored and we can learn each and everything in detail and its good.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no agent workspace in kore.ai that is the major drawback for me as if we submit the project we need an agent workspace right so better you can work on it and make it possible without 3 rd party website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai is helping the messaging easy and comfortable and you know in future human agents are being replaced by the virtual agents and every thing is become digital and no need of human agents.
