DOCUMENTATION OF THE COURSES GIVEN TO TRAINING WHICH HELPED ME TO LEARN FASTER AS I CAN THE KORE .AI IS VERY EASY AND SIMPLE TO LEARN SO IF ANYONE WANT TO LEARN THIS ITS FANTACSTIC

the server of the deployemnt and developers view was very slow and cant do the work in fast manner the online bot builder is taking much more time and it can be more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.Ai has a very great UI. Also, We can build an entire conversational flow without any coding. Kore.ai also has a perfect utterance train model and connectivity with the API.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not that much disadvantages in the Kore.ai. But it would be great if it has feature to connect with postman and some external apps for debugging and review.

Kore.Ai is solving problem which others are not able to solve. It is very simple in Use and everyone can understand it easily and learn this. Kore.ai helped me to gain a deep knowledge in bot development.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore provides all the tools and necessary training required to start building bots. The botbuilder is feature rich and extremely easy to use and pick up for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no emulators/test tools for the different social channels. Sometimes the botbuilder UI behaves inconsistently but can be sometimes solved by closing the browser and re-entering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my task as a Solution Engineer, Kore allows me to create bots for my demos quickly. The demos range from customer care tasks to simple workflow automations.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for easy creation of tasks, training of natural language model, multi-language platform, API integration, and publishing to multiple channels. The support from the community and personal support is excellent and commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation should be upgraded and involve more general things to it. The auto-translation function doesn't work most of the time. The bot made for other channels may not have the same experience. Also, no specific procedure for different channels is provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making the development of the chatbots using low code, which helps in achieving the business requirements at a faster pace. Thus, helps in a growing business as well. It provides better opportunities for us in the conversational AI sector.

I would like the documentation of the community or simply the support team to be updated since they still use or see the older interface of Kore.ai
As for the platform, there is nothing that I don't like because it is very easy to use, intuitive and if you are someone who knows programming you have the power to exploit it to the fullest.
