Coveo solves the problem of information overload and irrelevant search results by delivering AI-powered, contextually relevant content and recommendations. This helps improve user experience, productivity, and decision-making, as users can quickly find accurate information and insights tailored to their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Coveo allows us to create a unified index of all our product knowledge. Using Coveo's built-in permission models and customizations, we can then deliver that content in multiple ways. It is simple to dynamically filter search results and boost content based on user context. Setting up different search experiences is streamlined, and flexible. Coveo also has a robust set of connectors that have allowed us to connect to many different resources. Coveo also has excellent documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, new features have been released and then not updated or supported after a perieod of time. The Slack integration is one example. Some of the professional services engagements we have had burned through hours faster than expected.

Coveo allows us to give our customers, partners, and employees a single entry point to all of our product knowledge. It enables us to provide a consistent experience across channels and interactions by providing the same search and AI experience for end users no matter where they access our resources.
Best Search Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, highly configurable, very customizable, allows for multiple user experiences using the same sources, multiple models that are customizable, number of OOTB connectors, covers many different verticals (commerce, CRM, AEM, Websites, etc), 100% cloud based, hosted search pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many new feature releases and updates requires a lot of time and effort to keep up.

Minimizing Agent swivel, integrating with the community and unifying search across the business.
Easy to set up, and deeply customisable
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to get started, the built in templates and defaults are very effective. You can quickly deploy an effective search experience. If your use case requires more customisation, there is wide scope to make changes to the processing flow. The documentaion is very comprehensive, and there is great support from CSMs.

So far, everything has worked well, nothing to dislike.

Indexing content along with associated permissions (if any) is very easy, thanks to the out-of-the-box, built-in connectors, and generic connectors that Coveo comes with - that fits almost all use cases.

The best part, based on multiple implementations I have been part of, is the ongoing continuous improvement.

If I’m being really nitpicky, the pricing can sometimes be a bit high for small-scale customers.
Not sure - if it would be feasible to have a tier for small-scale customers - that includes a couple of generic connectors and limited models, which would serve the basic search needs of a website at a more affordable price.

Simply Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability, stability, level of customization, and accuracy/relevancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep and occasionally requires dev resources; however, this is true for most of the more sophisticated search providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo provides a single platform that can provide quality, and reliable search functionality to multiple website properties, desktop and mobile apps, with a high level of customization and the ability to index content from a vareity of sources and repositories.
Huge business benefits in increased Self Service Success rates and reduced Time to Resolve
What do you like best about the product?
We have implemented CRGA in our customer hub, Salesforce insight panel and some of our products. We see increased case deflection and ability to self service for our customers and decreased time to resolve and increased first contact fix for our Techs. We see under 7% of customers who search first them move on to open a ticket. Because of this we implemented case assist and added CGRA to case assist to meet customers who were not searching and possibly help them find an answer faster then opening a case. This has been very successful and we look forward to future continued partnership and success with Coveo.
Additionally I love how easily the dashboards you can create with in the interface help you measure success and show ROI. You can also gather so much data to help you understand your customer, their needs, pain points and effort spent on self service.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have implemented Gainsight PX in some of our products and it is not compatible with CRGA yet so the search functionality inside this implementation does not match the far better experience in our other interfaces. We are working with Coveo and Gainsight on possible future enhancements to improve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our federated search Coveo indexes and makes all of our resources available from one search even though they reside in different systems and locations. Adding CRGA to case assist has brought an immediate generated answer to customers who many not have otherwise self serviced. If this answer does not resolve thier issue they can continue to open a case. This model leads to greater case defelction and higher self service capabilities. Customers do not have to wait on a response if the generated answer resolves thier issue. The insight panel use last year reduced our TTR by 25%, we have just added CRGA to the Insight Panel which can give the techs a generated answer with citations they can even use as an action plan in their cases.

What do you like best about the product?
It facilitates cross-functional communications. We can easily update changes for multiple user profiles with single source. It's flexible enough to allow for different usage methods - for some teams it's support articles, for others it can deliver work instructions while making any implementation more searchable and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it had true CCMS integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized way to deliver work instructions to cross-functional teams, we also wanted a robust solution for our Support Portal to facilitate internal and external response velocity to support a better customer experience.
