What do you like best about the product?
Coveo provides AI generative responses very easily. It is user friendly and I use it pretty frequently. It provides personalized responses and helps in drafting many of the letter drafts

Requires adequate information to provide the apt response

What do you like best about the product?
Coveo's support is what I enjoy the most wheather it is a simple question or a complaex bug they are always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel the PS organization is more focused on billing hours than the success of the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combing our different sources into one search experience and now providing a safe, conservative Generative AI search experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, highly configurable, very customizable, allows for multiple user experiences using the same sources, multiple models that are customizable, number of OOTB connectors, covers many different verticals (commerce, CRM, AEM, Websites, etc), 100% cloud based, hosted search pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many new feature releases and updates requires a lot of time and effort to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimizing Agent swivel, integrating with the community and unifying search across the business.
