Effective Learning with Practical Assignments
What do you like best about the product?
I love the hands-on experience that DataCamp provides, which is crucial for students like me to gain a better understanding of concepts. The assignments are exceptional for checking my knowledge, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical and practical learning. I find them invaluable as they help me apply theoretical knowledge in a practical context, reinforcing my understanding effectively. Additionally, I appreciate how simple and easy the initial setup of DataCamp is, making it accessible and user-friendly from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the sessions on DataCamp terminate way too fast, especially when using tools like Snowflake. If I move out of the browser for even a brief 5 minutes, the session ends abruptly, and restarting is somewhat difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that DataCamp provides hands-on experience, enhancing my understanding of concepts through practical assignments. This aligns theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, essential for mastering my college courses.
Easy, accessible and fun learning
What do you like best about the product?
Learning and practicing what you’ve learnt in real time. The platform makes it easy to reinforce knowledge with hands-on exercises, and I really like the accessibility of being able to practice on your phone whenever you have spare time. The mix of theory and practical keeps learning engaging and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit pedantic with certain styles of SQL, where different organizations might follow different conventions. Sometimes it feels like the focus is more on matching the platform’s exact syntax rather than recognizing correct alternative solutions. That said, it does encourage consistency, which can be valuable for building strong foundations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp helps me build practical data skills that I can directly apply at work, particularly in SQL and Python. It makes it easier to bridge knowledge gaps quickly without needing formal training courses. This has improved my efficiency in handling large datasets, automating repetitive tasks, and communicating insights more clearly. Ultimately, it saves time and increases the value I can deliver in my role.
The amazing thing called DataCamp
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how DataCamp is really the one stop shop in terms of learning industry leading skills, primarily in Data Analysis and Manipulation. It really prides itself on guiding and teach novice analysts and those looking to gain valuable skills. I really benefitted in it's SQL Associate modules as it gave me a deep dive into the language and how to write simple and complex Logic Queries and how to tie it into various analytical programs like Tableau, PowerBI and Python. The Customer Support is amazing as if there is any problem, they are a chat or email away and they value the overall experience within the service. I highly recommend DataCamp if you value a easy to use training and enrichment platform for personal and business use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say DataCamp has very few negatives and the positives outweigh it. They really have an amazing service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem DataCamp is solving is giving entry level analysts a chance to sharpen their skills in Data Analysis. SQL and Python may seem daunting at first if the Analyst did not have proper training or exposure to it but DataCamp makes it easy for them to learn and practice the skills as well as have avenues for them to gain industry known certifications like PowerBI Fundamentals and Azure Fundamentals.
Grateful for the easy to follow courses and instant feedback.

What I like best about DataCamp is how lessons are broken down into manageable steps with periodic re-caps to refresh the user on what was covered.

I am new to DataCamp so at this time I have not found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp is benefiting me by allowing me to cut down the amount of time I spend analysis my data.

I find DataCamp to be easy and very friendly to use. It offers relevant AI and technology courses that are crucial for my work, allowing me to apply my learning directly to my job. I also appreciate the opportunity to earn certifications that are valuable in the industry.

Interative and east to follow
What do you like best about the product?
DataCamp is one of the best learning platforms I have come across. It is highly interactive and easy to navigate. The push notifications and emails motivate us to learn new topics based on our interests. The exercises after each topic help solidify our understanding, and the presenters are very knowledgeable. Personally, I have completed the basics of Python, and as an accountant, I found it very easy to follow. I highly recommend DataCamp and would like to pursue a certification course in the near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and experience are great. However, during the exercises, I am unable to use alternate solutions—the system only accepts the predefined answer as correct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to develop my skills as a techno-functional accountant. Learning the basics of Python and business intelligence (BI) will help me build a strong foundation for my future career.

What do you like best about the product?
DataCamp has been so easy to use. I love the functionality of the website. I also appreciate the way the information is broken down in chewable chunks, with practice quizzes and updates. I like how it tells me my progress daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason I had two profiles on DataCamp- one paid and one unpaid. I thought after I paid everything would be consolidated into one profile, but I guess not. It would be helpful if it did that so all my progress is in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in between careers at the moment. Transitioning from operations to data has been a breeze with DataCamp. I am so grateful that by the fall I will have a certification in data information that I can use to better my circumstances.
Healthcare Project Management Must Have Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a Healthcare Project Manager, more often than not, you are asked to perform tasks that are outside your regular responsibilities. Sometimes you are the data guy, tech guy, Excel guy, software guy, and everything else under the sun that clinical individuals do not have time to worry about when they have patients to focus on. DataCamp gives me the ability to learn skills to indirectly benefit the patients I serve through the clinical teams I support. AI specifically has continued to be very important in all industries, especially healthcare. If I don't keep myself informed about AI tools and opportunities, my health system will fall behind on cutting-edge patient care. DataCamp has been proactive in creating courses and curriculum for learning AI-related skills. The courses are well designed to be just hard enough that I am challenged to learn, but easy enough that I don't feel lost. I am thankful that I have this as part of my tool box as I go about my daily work as a project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage is that I am not always sure about the prerequisites of the courses DataCamp offers. When I start something new, I often discover at the introduction that there is foundational knowledge I need to be successful in the course. It would be nice if there were indications or suggestions of courses I should take before I jump into another one that might be advanced for my understanding at that time.

DataCamp is helping bridge the gap in accessing basic and advanced knowledge without all the red tape that usually comes with academia. This helps me because I have already completed a master's degree. I don't have the time or money to go back to school for specialized education in data and other knowledge areas. DataCamp makes it easy to learn on my own time and apply what I am learning in my day-to-day work.

A few features, such as project variety or peer collaboration options, could be expanded to enrich learning. Additionally, some content is locked behind a paywall, especially for career certifications- which may restrict access for learners unable to commit to a paid plan, even though we are doing the courses via company provisions.
