Learn by practicing
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried many different apps and courses in my journey learning to code. I have to say, DataCamp offers the balance of content and practice! Better than that, the subjects are broken down into the right amount of knowledge one can process before jumping onto the next topic. There are practice time for the courses you did before, so even after long time, that knowledge doesn't go away because you keep being tested on it.
I couldn't be more satisfied with it!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike.
Maybe there could be more elaborated feedback on the exercises when we have to code in it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to use python and data to approach my educational and professional tasks.
Fantastic Labs
What do you like best about the product?
The labs are nicely broken-down and follow the watch-do-learn method that suits my learning style best.
Gamification keeps me refreshed on the learning topics.
The content follows a naturally progressive path.
I also like the way you can plan certification paths and get the focus on what will benefit your overall goal, if multiple paths are chosen.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the courses you can't step back in to review a previous instruction. Some of the wording of the exercises takes a little getting used to, (like "Last Month", should really read "Final Month" in some, to avoid confusion with "the month previous to the current one").
Dates are typically in American format, so watch-out for those if you're a Brit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp is plugging my knowledge gaps and allowing me to progress in my career with a view to gaining certification.
Fun way of learning in DataCamp
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way DataCamp provides and teaches courses. The best part is learning is always fun in DataCamp like playing video games.
DataCamp provides both theoretical knowledge and practical implementation programs. Which helped me a lot that I don't need to learn at one place and implement somewhere else.

What do you dislike about the product?
The problem in learning form DataCamp is that we only remember least only even doing projects provided by DataCamp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp provides online learning platform related to the field of Data Science and AI.
The DataCamp donate have helped me a lot that I got chance to learn lots of thing even from under developed country like Nepal. Purchasing premium courses from country like Nepal is too big deal.

Really varied, useful, practical training tool
What do you like best about the product?
My top 5:
- The variety of learning avenues you can take - courses that blend short videos, practicals, multiple choices, drag and drops, to articles, challenges, practices, assessments & beyond!
- Practicals to go with the theory, not just listening to or reading a presentation, you're then asked to put it into practice and it really cements the ideas and concepts and helps you both to learn, practice and build in standards when you do things like code.
- The fact you can practice these once complete still, and it shows you areas you did less well in to focus on your specific needs.
- I loved the little review snippets you get each time you come back to a course, summarising what you did last time - I'm kinda forgetful so this was super helpful to me, and got me right back to where I left off easily - especially if it was a week or 2 between sessions.
- Good admin features such as setting assignments per person & team, and viewing leaderboards - this has helped us as a team to keep momentum going on training (as we've found we often get dragged back into BAU or don't make enough time for training), and it helped gamify it and make it a little more fun.

What do you dislike about the product?
My top 3:
- It does best at the beginner level I find. Theres still some intermediate or advanced courses but not as many.
- Id like some of them to be updated a little more frequently too as, for example, cloud platforms and their offerings change fast, and therefore so should the training material.
- Given its a variety of trainers, they wont all suit everyones style. Some were a little unclear, or left room for interpretation in their tasks or questions which then gave out errors - this felt a little unfair at times and dampened the learning experience for some.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving time from in house training, training in existing systems we have, as well as learning new skills such as python. Its also allowing us to delve into cross cover/ working, and understanding other teams; learning things across disciplines such as data engineering to data analytics.
DataCamp provides informative, succinct, and thus, effective coursework to partake in.
What do you like best about the product?
DataCamp provides very palatable lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the external data downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding Data and additional insights into current and emerging concepts are two of the biggest benefits I believe I gain by using DataCamp. I am becoming more cerebral/thoughtful about my work.
Wonderful platform with great hands on experience
What do you like best about the product?
Datacamp offers a live environment to practice skills. This live environment offers hints for users still needing more help. I love the case studies and find that those are super helpful in practicing skills learned on the site. They also offer transcripts for those who would prefer to read through instead of listening to a video.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while in the live environment the system refreshes as you are trying to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datacamp is giving me an environment to practice Power BI before trying to take the certification. This will help me to verify I can pass on my first try.
The videos provide detailed and useful information. Exercises offer a good opportunity to repeat.
What do you like best about the product?
After completing the learning, I have the opportunity to practice whenever I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly nothing I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fills my gaps in the field of data analysis and allows me to improve myself further.
An excellent platform for learning data skills interactively
What do you like best about the product?
love how interactive and hands-on the courses are. The bite-sized lessons and immediate feedback help reinforce learning efficiently. Best way to learn coding through the interactive terminal excercises. Also appreciate that GPUs are configured already.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced topics feel too simplified for the video and slide-format, and may need additional interactive visualisations to help explain the concepts better. There’s limited opportunity to work on real-world projects unless you dig deeper on your own. The Mobile App needs better integration to allow ease-of-learning on the go, with a wider option of courses which should be made available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datcamp solves the problem of not knowing where to start with coding or data analysis by offering structured, beginner-friendly courses that build real-world skills step-by-step. Also, the certifications offer good incentive to keep learning. I use it mainly to develop technical and data science skills that are needed for my PhD research in biology.
The learning process with this is very clear.
What do you like best about the product?
the Hints and the answer to the question. When i am stuck, those help guide me to what i'm doinng wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm working in Power Bi, and the interface crashes sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to refresh some of my coding skills and expanding my knowledge on others.
One stop solution for Data related Learnings
What do you like best about the product?
It has structured curriculum which starts from basics to advanced.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me everything is ok but if they improve some quizzes & projects it will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fresher I'm exploring platforms to learn Data related Technologies. When I started to use Data camp it helps me by providing structured content and projects.
