Well structured learning
What do you like best about the product?
I love the structured learning approach, the hands-on projects and the milestone achievements. The practice-based assessment and the project-based assessment are great too. I love how easy it is to navigate through the website, and how easy it is to use the learning tools available on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Data lab notebook is too slow, they can make it faster and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The DataCamp platform is making it easy for me to develop the technical skills needed to further my career and to connect with colleagues in the same field, which is creating opportunities for networking with like-minded individuals.
Very good
What do you like best about the product?
The courses are great. I set a target to build my understanding of AI and data skills and it's been really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this qualifies but I found the Python course hard to follow. It's the only course I took that I didn't come away thinking I understood anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me learn about AI and build data skills.
It is a great way to learn the basics of R programming
What do you like best about the product?
The practice workbooks (they are bonus for getting the points, but I see them as the most useful feature).
It is very easy to use, and one can use it as much as they like

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there is a jump from beginner to advanced in the same course. Also, they teach everything, not just what you need to survive.
I do not have a comment on customer support, but i did not know it was an option.
I do not have a comment on customer support, but i did not know it was an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting information in a systematic organised way rather than relying on youtube
Leaning data related skills in a efficient way.
What do you like best about the product?
Every Datacamp's course is composed of one short lecture video followed by some hands-on practicei n which the user can practice in the online prebuild programming envirnment, strenghting the the memmory the user learned from the course.
What do you dislike about the product?
The datacamp should incliude more content about after-course practices and independent projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-series analysis course gives me some useful ideas when i am dealing with the season-fluctuated problem in the company.
Excellent platform for interactive learning
What do you like best about the product?
Up to date content and interactive notebooks
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses are not deep enough, or not available in datacamp app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building data science, analysis and engineering skills
Best Learning Platform Available
What do you like best about the product?
It's always easy to find content on DataCamp. The mobile and desktop experiences are both fantastic. The practice exercises already being made rather than relying on third-party tools is fantastic too. Same goes for the cheat sheets, really useful.
I've only had to use customer service once and they were very quick and helpful.
I've only had to use customer service once and they were very quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the vast majority of presenters are excellent, one or two have been a bit disappointing. When there's little option to skip them as the notes aren't adequate by themselves, it has made some courses more of a drag than they needed to be. That is 3 courses out of 80-odd completed, the vast majority are excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easily accessible. It offers certifications and deals on external certifications. I mostly got it to keep up with Python while not actively using it in work but ended up doing 5 full tracks so far and really getting into the Data Science content.
One of the best platforms to learn about data
What do you like best about the product?
I love that DataCamp has the option to practice the courses that you've already compleated in short quizzes, because it is very helpful to strenghthen knowledge through space repetition method. I also love that the courses deepen on more technical things, but at the same time the clases are concise with what you need to know about the technology you are studying. Finally, I really appreciate the pre-defined routes for learning the essentials for the job you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the learning paths to consider more projects and more complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me train in the tools for the position I want to obtain
Guided learning on your terms.
What do you like best about the product?
There are several key features I appreciate about Datacamp, the primary of which are the streaks - I find these motivate me to continue learning and using Datacamp every day without setting the bar too high. The streak freezes are also a great way to prevent me from feeling like even the minimum is too much. The content is very accessible and the activites are always useful in learning and developing new skills. Moreover, they're never too challenging, always making it easy to maintain motivation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few complaints about my Datacamp experience. One of the few things I would bring up would be some activies seem to have difficult or confusing thresholds for correctness - for example, sometimes arguments should need to be in a certain order when the order doesn't have any bearing on the output. But that's generally rare and usually limited to speciifc courses or chapters rather than across the platform. I would also add that it would sometimes to be helpful to have more multiple choice questions that verify my interptation of certain new concepts, rather than just being able to produce output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datacamp has helped me broaden my abilites and implement many new skills and tools to my daily professional life. Specifically, I feel this has helped make more a more appealing candidate for new jobs as well as provide me with more job security in my current job.
The platform is interactive enough to memorize the content properly
What do you like best about the product?
Practice exercises, skills and career tracks
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it would be possible to be able to watch the lecture and do the exercises simultaneously
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I explore more about the Internet of things (the company I'm working at, sells them)
The best platform to learn about Data
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing is that you can learn at your own pace and you can practice recurrently based on the course you took. Additionally, you have certifications after completing each course.
What do you dislike about the product?
In its switch to other languages, the translation service was failing, and I submitted a ticket, and the issue was resolved days later. This happened to me in a particular Python course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, the language change as an initiative to enter new markets initially affected learning, but now it works very well and it is my preferred platform for online learning.
