The best platform in the world to learn data-related skills
What do you like best about the product?
3 things:
- Total hands-on approach: They teach you some concepts and i the next lessons you have to practice it. I think that is the best approach i have ever saw in my life. It REALLY WORKS;
- Carrer Track/ Skill Track: To be able to apply the skills we learn at some course in a real life workplace scenario we have to have confidence that we know enough. And Career / Skill Tracks are structured tracks that have enough information and pratice to us to feel confident and prove that we really know what is necessary to get a job and do the things we will be demanded to do;
- Structure: They have their own workspace/sandbox so we dont have to install anything on our own machine to start learning and practice.

What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, it can be better. One thing I think they should improve is the workspace stability and the projects.
Don't get me wrong, as a heavy user of data camp I can say that their workspace works, but I have faced some instability sometimes;
Another point is the projects: They are good and all but I don't seem to be able to share them directly from the data camp. I have to download the file of the project and then use it on my pc or upload it on collab... I mean... That is not optimal for me even though it works.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me learn one the most in demand skill on the market: Data-related skills (data analysis, data engineering and other topics).

the mode of teaching using exercises for practice and learning

for now the platform is moving smoothly so i don't really have any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
data camp is solving technical data problem globally and they are building a global village for data engineers which i wish to be part of or am currently building to be part of.
Great platform to advance you skills in Big data field
What do you like best about the product?
DataCamp has proven more efficient than other platforms due to very experienced experts teaching the courses. The platform has detailed courses on technical problems, not just theoretical aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike other platforms, DataCamp has created good courses on Data Science and Data Engineering; it can also dive into other fields of software engineering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp is working on educating learners about the relevant skills to work with big data by providing deep courses on Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Analysis etc. Since I want to delve into the Data Science world, DataCamp has dramatically empowered me with the necessary tools to launch my career in this field.

I love how all the courses are well organised, and how they are well presented for the student to learn.

I have not really seen any downside but I would like to say sometimes it takes time to load a page.

It is helping me breach the gap between ignorance and knowledge acquisition
DataCamp provides fast, intuitive instruction for the whole team regardless of skill level
What do you like best about the product?
DataCamp provided many options for coding (and the use of other programs) that were indispensable to my team of budding analysts and data scientists. We used the team leaderboard to make participation more of a competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
DataCamp did not always allow one to dive deeper or ask questions about context. This left my team wanting some in-person classes to make up for it, though DataCamp provided a solid initial foundation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp provided a fast, efficient method to train the team on the most frequently used languages and tools needed in their daily work, such as SQL, R, Python, and Tableau. As a leader of a technology team, this gives me the confidence that all members are working from the same understanding.

- Content can be a bit more exhaustive and filled with more use cases.
- The webinars are great but if we had a better community around it with features and datasets such as in Kaggle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datacamp is allowing me to upskill my team with the relevant skills. For them, who don't know what the starting point is, Datacamp is the best place, the performance is on the rise and will be monitored throughout the year, but things are already improving.
Learning to code through practice
What do you like best about the product?
The major upside is the practical excercises. Learning is best done through practicing and DaraCamp has a great platform for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Perhaps a few more courses on Geospatial data.

Limitless ways. Applying ML, data wrangling, and more things I can't even recall

What do you like best about the product?
DataCamp is a great platform for building out skills in your team, recognising where you have gaps, validating the skills already extant in the team, and generally helping you drive a data improvement programme

Some of the materials could be tighter, or a bit more consistent across modules

DataCamp helps us solve data literacy and structured skills development in a coherent, programmatic fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
The interactivity and capabilities available are perfect! The amount and variability of the courses available are amazing! Another great point is the ability to see the team's score and interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many courses available, I felt a bit lost in the begining... But I got the hang of it in after a little while. I think that that's it...

Allowing me and my team members to learn new content, and/or review existing knowledge.
Great L&D option/perk
What do you like best about the product?
Has been very well received by both technical and para-technical staff, e.g. a project manager looking to become more dangerous with SQL has loved it.
What do you dislike about the product?
More floatable seat assignments would be a huge help and would _probably_ encourage us to add more seats, at least incrementally.
